I have gotten into a routine of curbside pick up, but recently that's been sub standard, and I really didn't feel like leaving the house. So we did delivery. It took 90 minutes to get our pizzas. The tracker said it was in "quality check" at 7pm, it didn't leave the restaurant until 7:40. You can track the driver and he taking a while, dropping off other pizzas, but when it appeared he was coming to us he went back to the restaurant! We called multiple times to se what was going on, they never answered. So at around 8:10 we decided to just get it ourselves. But then there was movement, the pizza was finally on the way! It got to us at 8:20! They were room temp, clearly sitting in the box for over an hour. I tried to warm mine up but it tasted like day old pizza. I will never use this...

She didn’t feel concerned or understanding after I was trying to file a complaint about their Driver Shane. Shane was very rude after I offered a tip, he told me to keep it all for no apparent reason. I don’t know if he had a bad day or this is just the way this store 5207 teaching their employees how to give customer service.
