Poor customer service by management. I dropped In today to get my normal pb swizzle. I was told that they were behind and to pull out of drive through and they would bring it out shortly. What they brought me was BRICK solid. I was starving, but decided to just go ahead drive home and let it thaw out. When it finally thawed, the granola was chewy, the blueberries still frozen and the bananas were soggy. Not to mention the base was very much frozen n frothy. Overall it did not taste fresh. It tasted like it had been frozen. I called and spoke to Kayla said she couldn’t give me a refund over the phone and that she’d take my info and they “probably” would remake it for me. Hearing this “probably” i just decided to leave my house, get back in my car, drive back to the store and requested that they both refund and remake it for my inconvenience. The workers refused saying that management (Christine/Kristine) will not allow it. They would only give me a refund. This is poor service given that you didn’t make it according to protocol in the first place. I was sold a product that did NOT meet expectations and had to get back in my car and drive back here to get my money back. Proper customer care would have been to remake it due to my inconvenience of this incompetence. Very dissatisfied. Kristine they had you on the phone and you said you wouldn’t allow it. So bizarre. Read moreI ordered food from the drive through and they got my order wrong. I ordered the PB Swizzle. Missing a scoop of ice cream and strawberries. I went in to ask if they could correct my order and the manager got an attitude with me and told me they were not going to remake my order that she would only give me the missing ingredients for me to mix them in my self. She sat the ingredients down on the counter and never offered one apology. The entire staff was unapologetic and rude except for Natalie. I went in the next day because this is the closest one to me m. I ordered through the drive through again and this time I feel like they did something to my food. They handed the açaí bowl to me and it seemed like it was filled with some sort of liquid. As soon as I put my spoon in the entire bowl fell apart. I’m just so over this place. Read moreMy wife and I decided to grab smoothies from this location after dinner this past Saturday. My wife essentially just wanted a smoothie with pineapple and mango. The staff member at the register said that he couldn't do that, and that she'd have to pick something on the menu. My wife saw that the Lean1™ Pineapple Mango smoothie had everything she wanted, but she didn't want the protein additive. She asked if they could make her one without the protein, and he said that they could.
While we were waiting, we heard one of the employees say that she messed up my wife's smoothie because she saw the Lean1 and assumed that it had the protein. Another staff member then quite loudly said "who orders a Lean1 smoothie without the Lean1??" Very rude. We thought we were making it easier for them since they couldn't just make a pineapple and mango smoothie.
