Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kennett Township

The cashier is either the owners relative, or the owner cant hire anyone better. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes (it was a Wednesday at 3pm). The kid picks the phone up and says “hold on im busy”…. I waited one more minute for him to say “hey what do you want”. I said 3 medium pizzas, he said “hold on”. He came back on the phone after a minute and repeated himself “what do you want”. After all of this he told me for 3 medium pizzas it was going to be $43. I said sorry please cancel my order. He didnt say anything And just hung up. That kid has a terrible attitude and is so unprofessional. Im about 100% positive its nepotism and he knows he can get away with being a jerk. Thats why I went to the Avondale location. They were friendly and helpful and their pizza was awesome. Wont be going back to kennet even though...

Updated review. Last experience was aweful and I will be honest, I accidently ordered from this location for a second time (tonight). I thought it was the one in WC which is closest to me. I was never going to order from here again BUT Jose (our delivery driver) changed my mind. He was AWESOME! My house is hard to find. I know that, so I watch for them. He made a wrong turn, which they all do, and HE CALLED ME when he couldn't find it!! The LAST driver (the reason why I never wanted to order from here again) not only didn't find the house I was in (not mime but still hard to find) he delivered it to the wrong place and didn't call at all. Pro: pizza was delicious and well done. I would have given you 10 starts for making me a good pizza. Con: The person I encounter with was rude and disrespectful, and mostly importantly dirty. I highly recommend that you clean your hand before you get back to work. I observed the person, walking back and forth to his personal car, playing in his phone, then straight back to work making pizza without watching his hands. I am taking about the person on the picture. Please if you don’t like your job. Find job else where. No need to poison your customer. Just remember, we are paying customer we deserve better treatment...
