McDonald's — Restaurant in Kennett

They not only have roaches, they also never change their grease traps, which result in a slip hazard for employees, have an active gas leak in the back where the grills are to cook the food, don't get the dishes clean most of the time, because of no hot water when the pilot light goes out to the hot water heater, the employees don't use gloves when handling the food or wash their hands, some employees are nasty and never shower or groom themselves like they should, the cashiers act like they don't want to be there, have no brain, and the grill cooks, 95% of the time, the orders get messed up , sometimes not just one time in a visit, but sometimes multiple times, partly because of the cashiers not doing their jobs properly. There's also employees who stand around and do nothing but gossip and play on their phones when certain managers are there. They also let the trash pile up in the back area near the grill, and never take it out. If anyone knew what goes on/ is going on behind the scenes beyond what you see at the register, you wouldn't eat there. This place needs to be shut down...

I wish they had a zero star because I do not want to give them a star at all ... Very very bad experience, first thing is drive-thru was slow, then got some of our food had to pull up to the side to get rest of food. Second Thing absolutely no napkins We had three bags of food plus my husband was behind us getting food (two bags) still no napkins. We both was on the side waiting for other food. So I walk on in to get napkins and the workers looked like chickens with their heads cut off. I asked if they was out of napkins in the drive thru. Lol they was not.. Third Thing fries was not done..

As we are traveling to Nashville three hours away we stop at rest area and my husband goes to get a drink out of the vending machine, he realizes he does not have his debit card. Now my husband has to drive 45 minutes back to McDonald’s to get his debit card. He his traveling with two 4 years old that are not going to get home tell after 12:30 just cause this McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. Oh and on that note they had flies all over the store when I went in to...

We waited in line for a while just to pay and then we're told to pull forward to wait on our chicken. 15 minutes later, we get out chicken sandwich but it's the wrong one so I pull back around and tell them at the drive thru again since the lobby was closed. Took another 20 minutes to get to the window just to have to repeat the problem and be told to pull into a reserve spot because someone was already pulled forward to wait. We then waited another 10-15 minutes before the correct sandwich was brought out and the chicken wasn't even piping fresh. The fries were old to begin with and were even worse by the time we got the right food. They could have at least brought us fresh food after having to wait almost an hour for one large size spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal. They closed the parking lot and sign lights down 30 minutes before closing time, which I'm sure was to deter further customers. It...
