Coffee is not only my vice, it is also a significant portion of my life story. I ran a successful coffee house. I’m new to the area and popped in as a coffee stop suggested by my gps while I was on my way up north. As a highly experienced barista I put them to the test and ordered a 12 Oz latte without any sugars or syrups. It was outstanding. (Think hints of roasted walnuts type stuff with velvety froth) It was good enough for me to avoid taking a chance going somewhere else. Also the staff was bright, cheerful, and friendly. Overall the place has an iconic coffee shop vibe that I once identified with being my natural habitat. I rarely give 5 ⭐️’s but this place has it all. Have only been to Blak Coffee a few times (would go more often if I lived closer), but the drinks and pastries have always been wonderful. Just shared a cold brew and latte flight and a piece of sweet potato pound cake with my daughter. Each coffee was unique and flavorful. The service is good and people are very friendly. I like that they have a wide selection of drinks; more than I’ve seen in any other coffee shop. Would love to see them to be able to expand their space, add some comfy seating and a small menu of food items (sandwiches, wraps, etc.). Walked into shop, staff did not say a word to me, didn't ask if I needed help. This was my first time in store!! I asked for a large Chai and received a small due to the fact that the owner was too busy speaking and smiling at another customer who just walked in! I will not ever go there again!!! You should treat all of your customers the same, not just the ones that you fancy and neglect the others!!! Not a good way to do business!! OH YES. THE TEA...
