Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kenosha

EDIT: Was contacted by a Dominos worker today and received a full-credit for my order, as well as told that the manager I spoke with received disciplinary action. I don't enjoy or seek out getting people in trouble, but I hope this gentleman thinks about the consequences of his actions in the future now. I'm bumping the review up to 2 stars because of expedient and satisfactory way it was handled.

We ordered our meal and our delivery driver was great, food was fast. He said he would bring us back the 2 liter that was forgotten, which we had no problems with. We noticed our wings did not come with their sauce- so we got plain wings with no sauce (we also got charged for ranch that the site told us comes free with the buffalo chicken). I called the store to let them know, and the manager was extremely unfriendly. I was fine with him sending out new sauce (they're not BBQ wings without the sauce) but I was a little bit upset he would not send out new wings even though we were told it would take over half an hour for our sauce to come. I said it was fine anyway. He did not even apologize.

My brother called back because he was upset they were so rude to me, and when he said "my brother just called," he told them that a girl had called them. My brother said "no, he's a boy" and the manager argued with him about it. I really don't appreciate the argument, especially as it was being used a deflection from the actual problem- that they they simply did not care about our poor experience and were extremely rude.

Place has lousy management. Placed a nice order for family and friends at 6:00pm one evening. Placed the order on line, i was given a confirmation and was even told who was making my order. At 6:30 people where getting hungry so I decided to check their famous Pizza tracker. Well, it said order canceled. I called the store, i spoke to the manager Kelbion. He said the order was canceled because they closed at 6:00pm. I told him I had a confirmation and even the name of who was supposed to be making my pizza. He said that it didn't matter order is cancelled. I asked why wasn't I informed when I place the order or even received a phone call letting me know so that I could make arrangements. He said he has no control of the online orders for his store, he said they where also calling customers the let them know. I told him that I placed over 30min ago and have not received a call and that we where just sitting here waiting without a clue that Kelbion had decided not to send orders. He had no answer, it obvious that they dont care and my family will not be buying this...

Domino's Pizza is pretty good pizza, especially the Brooklyn Style. NY style pizza is always good but Domino's seems to do a pretty good job. On a recent lunch visit I really felt like a Domino's Brooklyn style pizza which was ready as soon as they said it would be....a good thing when you are hungry for lunch and have to get back to work. The pizza was very good and hot with plenty of toppings over the pizza. Nice, hot, and hit the spot on a nice fall afternoon.

If you want a dessert you really can't go wrong with the lava cake in my opinion. It's very rich so I only get it every now and then, but when you are in a chocolate overload mood it's the right thing to grab. I'm not sure if in the past they weren't as good judging by the reviews but I have had several good experiences from this location so they seemed to have turned things around in my estimation. If you did shy away in the past, I'd give them another try....Domino's overall has turned things around on taste & this location...
