I visit this McDonald’s multiple times a week. When David is on duty it has always been the best visit. I am referring to this visit and the hundreds I have had before. Yes the food is great but with David on staff the customer service experience is guaranteed to set the bar for all his staff and other McDonald’s to follow. It is obvious he uplifts everyone around him(staff and customers) with the perfect attitude with an unparalleled work ethic to match. I guess you could say David is the core reason why my family frequents this particular McDonald’s. When we hear his voice over the drive thru speaker we know that we are guaranteed a 100% positive customer experience. And even when it’s busy other is obviously new staff in training that can impact customer service…I guarantee you David never breaks his stride. In summary, McDonald’s could make a movie/documentary/commercial…and all you would have to do is follow David around to show everyone how the perfect customer experience at McDonald’s is done. Because, not only does he communicate eloquently…but his deeds in action speak much louder than words. Read moreWe dont eat fast food a lot but went in for a late lunch while running errands and ordered at the kiosk. We order a quarter meal and deluxe chicken meal and the machine didnt spit out a reciept. Took our table number which said the food would be brought out, but they were just calling numbers instead. No biggie but we seriously waited 20mins. We opened up our food and my husband's QP was a deluxe...again not a huge deal. My chicken sandwich was just tomato and some sauces in a bun and this is where I just about had enough. I brought it back up to be remade. No apology. They didn't tell me I would be waiting all the minutes for chicken to be dropped either. So I watched the people behind the counter. All the ladies have very long hair free flowing (one past her butt and she kept touching it and swinging it around), lots of dangling jewelry and nails for days. Everyone is wearing earbuds including the grill person and I'm watching touch her earbud while making sandwiches. So that was it and I got my money back (minus the charity roundup), and they're all back there looking at me and talking smack and laughing because I complained. Well...its unsanitary and gross. I imagine nobody would want to eat there if they knew how...
Read moreI was there around 1 pm and it was somewhat busy in drive thru but not inside we ordered food and the app wasn’t working correctly and the manager said that wasn’t her problem they can’t do anything about it,and mind you nobody came to the front of the store to take orders so we had to use the kiosk. When we received our food over 10 minutes later it wasn’t even made correctly so I went back up to the counter and a gentleman came finally and basically just put tons of ketchup on the burgers and that took over 3 minutes,and our fries were getting cold. I asked The manager who was a lady to replace our fries with our burgers were done and she huffed about it and acted like I was doing something wrong .Two other employees were just walking around and not doing anything while this gentleman was running food out to cars and trying to help us in the front lobby. as soon as we received our food we proceeded to eat and afterwards as I was looking for a garbage I noticed the floors were disgusting and hadn’t been swept or mopped in awhile.
