Nut allergy friendly: I had no issues with the Pad Kee Mao that I ordered nor my friend's Grandma chicken wings.

Time-to-Drinks: 4 Minutes Time-to-Food: 10 Minutes

We stopped in around 8PM on a Friday evening and it was relatively empty. A few people came in for to-go orders while we were sitting around. There were a few parking spaces and the building looks a little sketchy from the outside, but there's cozy indoor seating.

I wasn't that hungry, so I split a Pad See Mao with seafood with my friend (4/5). Portions were sufficient for splitting, could definitely finish it on my own if I were a bit hungrier. There was a good amount of balance between vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion) and seafood (shrimp, squid, and mussels). The spice level was as-expected and very reasonable. Noodle texture was nice and chewy. It wasn't the best pad see mao I've had (especially since it was a bit pricier, around $26 after tax and tip), but it was solid enough that I'd go again if I were in the area.

I tried my friend's Grandma Wings, which had a better portion than I expected (I think there were six?). Nice crisp and good flavor, but I didn't think it was anything crazy (3.5/5).

The Thai Tea here was too sweet for my taste, personally. My friend enjoyed it.

Overall, solid experience here for a fast bite of good Thai food. I'd come back if I was craving Thai...

We were in the area and found this gem of a restaurant on google. We were going to order takeout but we were greeted so warmly at the door, that we decided to dine in. The server was super friendly and attentive without making us feel like he was hovering. We ordered the pork pad kee mao, chicken yellow curry, chicken pad see ew, chicken pad prig khing and mango with sticky rice. Even with having so many take out orders ahead of ours, the food came out in a timely manner. Honestly, even if we had to wait longer it would have been worth it. The food was SOOOO good that we forgot to even take pictures! The meat was tender, and spice levels were as expected as we had our kids with us. Portions were big, we ended up having to take some home even after we stuffed our faces 😆. I don’t know what all the fuss is about having bad service here from other reviews, but we had great service and great food. While we were there, we saw that they also gave free food to the homeless that came to the door. I truly believe in good karma, and it showed by how busy this restaurant was. We’ll definitely be...

I want to start with the positives. I refuse to allow my reviews to be completely jaded unless my experience was absolutely horrific.

Food was awesome. Cooked well, served as ordered.

Service was super friendly. There was a minor hiccup with our order and they fixed it pronto and made it feel as if there was never an issue. Awesome service.

Here’s where and why I may not return.

I get it. We ordered a total of $145 worth of food, but the mandatory service charge…sorry that drives me away. I would have tipped very well in the holiday spirit.

Extra crab is listed on the menu in their crab fried rice for $5 extra. They blatantly denied me. He did explain prices aren’t worth it and the crab costs more now but if the fried rice was like $3 more to start with, I still would’ve ordered it making the extra crab charge $8 instead of $5(plus the $3 extra they got from every customer who didn’t order extra crab).

Overall food and service was excellent but business practices..while great for their pocket and keeping them up, drove me away from returning...

Welcome to Grandma's house. This place appears to be a house that has been converted into a restaurant. The $12 lunch special drew us in, which had a myriad of options and included a curry, rice, egg rolls, and pad Thai. Nowhere else have I seen such a varied and abundant assortment of food as a Thai lunch special. Egg rolls were crispy and came with the house sauce, pad Thai was perfect; not overseasoned, over-sauced, or overcooked; and the curry was creamy and coconuty. Will come back soon for more of Grandma's cooking. I enjoy spicy foods and ordered heat level 3, which was just right for a comforting meal. Heat level 4 would have been my idea of a spicy, exciting meal.

Best local thai spot. See this place everyday driving to work, thought we'd finally try it for dinner. Small place inside for sure, seats about 25 I believe, but the guys who worked there had great customer service as well. Food was quick out of the kitchen. Menu had a picture for about 99% of everything they served as well which was cool because sometimes you get some weird lookin sh** from other ethnic places. We will DEFINITELY be going here now when we go out instead of banyan tree (overpriced and over rated) and heading to south center for the spots there which is too far for a quick meal. TRY IT! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
