Horrible customer service!!! One the girls that take orders from the drive thru really needs a sencd of what customer service is.. We went by their drive thru yesterday, we waited about 10 minutes by the drive thru speaker so they can take our order. After they didnt answer the drive thru speaker, we thought maybe it was out of order, so we drove by the drive thru window and the girl there with a really bad attitude asked us if we had ordered already. I explained to her thst we waited around 15 minutes for them to take our order and since they didnt we thought maybe the speaker was not working, again with really bad atitude and a really angry matter she yelled at us telling us " well you have to get closer to the speaker" we were driving on a double cab Chevy Silverado 2500.. how much closer did she want us to be?..besides, we were not even mad about waiting over 10 minutes we just wanted to order something to eat..i guess she thought we wanted free food and that is why she was angry that we didnt wait for her to takeour order?.. or maybe she is not in the right job and she needs to be working where not customer service is required. When it was brought to me it had onions, so naturally i took it to the front counter and let them know it was made incorrectly. The employee that took my order told me that i didn't say no onions, so if wanted one with no onions i would have to pay for it. I let her know that i definitely ordered it with no onions, but she refused to remake it for me. I have never been at a business where they won't remake your food.
