They're back!!! 🎉 Now operating out of a bright red food truck, the family behind Aguacateros is back to sharing their love of Mexican food with the city of Kent.
These folks make some of the most consistently amazing food. In the past 2 years we've been visiting them, we have never had any issues—that is, aside from being full and wishing we had room for a second order of everything.
Food? Amazing. Drinks? Delicious. People? Warm, inviting, and friendly. When we went there today, the owner was so excited about his new cucumber agua fresca that he gave us some to try—SO GOOD! You can taste how much love and care he puts into his food.
I am so happy for this family. I don't care how long it takes to drive from Seattle or Renton. I don't care that they're now in a gas station parking lot. I will drive whatever distance to get the hands-down best Mexican food in the area.

Read moreOverpriced for the portions and quality of food. The prices were comparable to a sit down Full service restaurant. Cashier, ordertaker/foodserver was very nice, but did not have enough experience to be a proper server. Had to have them reheat my food...it was lukewarm. The chili Rellno was very good however. Also had to ask for chips...and when brought, was a lettle less than half full, with a tiny little portion of salsa. We ate these in probebly 2 min....and had to ask for more with extra salsa It was just ok,, no offense, wouldn't go back again. Just nothing wowed us. Also my boyfriend pointed out...they had a tip jar on the counter. Were we suppose to tip before we were served our food? Or when we asked if they had a open salsa bar and the waitress waled over a flipped up the lid? Ok ...I just changed my rating from a 3 star to a two. Ya that last one...
Read moreI've been a faithful customer for 3 years now. I get the same thing every time. Chicken habanero wet burrito. Ever since they moved to the truck the quality has gone down hill. They stopped using shredded chicken, which is fine (tho it's really not the same using chopped chicken) but there is hardly anything in there! There were literally only a dozen tiny (AND VERY DRY) pieces of "chopped" chicken. They might have well used scraps from the butcher. The habanero cream sauce has changed DRASTICALLY. It used to be pale, light and creamy, now its dark, thick and has no habanero flavor. Idk if they have a new chef or if they changed where their ingredients come from but I am so disappointed. Once upon a time I would have sold a kidney for this recipe, not anymore. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE...
