Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Kent

I was actually very disappointed with my trip to Jersey Mike's today. it's the only place that we like to get subs from and normally everyone in there is just smiling and happy and having a good time which rubs off on the customers. You can't help but to smile. but yesterday the two employees that were there barely even talked and it just seemed like they were annoyed because i had come in the restaurant was ordering sandwiches. I had ordered a #8 which comes with bacon but I had to remind the girl that it came with bacon after I had had her put mustard and mayonnaise on the one piece of bread and then she just plopped it on top and was starting to wrap it up so then she turned around, let out this big breath and grabbed a small handful of bacon and plopped this small lump of bacon in the middle of my sandwich. She started to put the top piece of bread back on but then stopped and very sarcastically said is there anything else you would like on your sandwich and so I said yes I was hoping to get some salt and pepper and the seasonings and oil and vinegar. She let out another big breath, slid my sandwhich back over to the sandwhich building area and put what I'd asked for on it and then wrapped wrapped it up. Right before I even had them start making sandwiches I showed the young lady a coupon I had for buy one regular size get one free so now when I'm checking out the coupon is right there on the countertop and she tells me what the price is but she charged me full price didn't take one sandwich out for free so I had to explain to her again that I had the coupon and she just said oh grabbed it and did some typing on its cash register well she was doing that I was trying to get into my points and for some reason I was having a difficult time and she told me the amount I owed and put her hand on her hip and just waited for me to try to figure out why it wasn't getting my points up when it finally did I had enough for a free sandwich and so I asked can I use it on this one also all she said was fine did some stuff on the cash register then gave me the new Total. I was using my credit card and tried to slide the chip in but it wasn't working and then with so mutch disdain in her voice. She said "it doesn't work that way you have to slide it" so feeling like i don't know what, i it and it worked. I signed the paper, she granbed it, put it in the register and turned to walk away. As she was walking away I asked could I please have a receipt? She turned around and i hear her mutter the word "whatever". I reach out so she can hand it to me and she looks at me and puts it in the bag, turns and walks away. So I grab my stuff and walked out. I can honestly say though I don't think I've ever been treated with so much distain and disrespect. I usually pick up sandwiches for the family about once every two to 3 weeks. After this time I'm not sure i will go back. And that sucks. Because Jersey Mike's is basically my sub place they're the bes!t well all I can say is it'll take some time but hopefully things will get better there. I walked into the store, my stomach grumbling in anticipation of a delicious sandwich. The smell of freshly baked bread and cured meats filled my nostrils, making my mouth water. As I approached the counter, the employee behind it greeted me with a smile.

"Hello, what can I get for you today?" he asked, his friendly demeanor putting me at ease.

"I'll have the #9, please," I replied, my eyes fixed on the menu board above the counter.

"Sure thing. Would you like any toppings on that?" he asked, reaching for a sandwich roll.

"Yes, please. Lettuce, tomato, and mayo," I said, my mouth watering at the thought of the juicy sandwich.

The employee began to assemble my sandwich with care, adding each ingredient with precision. However, as he reached for the other half of the roll, he fumbled it, and it fell to the ground.

I watched in horror as the roll bounced once and landed directly in front of a wolverine that I hadn't noticed before. It was sitting near the counter, staring at me with its sharp teeth bared.

The wolverine pounced on the roll, grabbing it in its jaws and tearing it apart with ease. I stood frozen, unsure of what to do. The employee looked at me in confusion, then turned to see the wolverine enjoying its unexpected meal.

"What the hell?!" I exclaimed, my frustration building.

"That's my pet wolverine. He's usually friendly, but I guess he was just hungry today," the store owner said as he emerged from the back.

"Your pet wolverine? Are you kidding me? And you bring it to work with you? That's ridiculous!" I exclaimed, my anger rising.

The owner shrugged. "I like to bring him in a couple of times a year. He's never caused any problems before."

"Well, he just ate my sandwich!" I replied, pointing at the wolverine.

The owner looked at me and the employee, then back at the wolverine. "I'm sorry about that. I'll make you another sandwich, free of charge."

"Thanks," I said through gritted teeth, my frustration mounting.

As the owner began to make me a new sandwich, the wolverine sauntered off, content with its unexpected snack. I couldn't believe the situation I had found myself in. Who brings a wild animal to work with them? And who could have predicted that my sandwich would end up in its jaws?

After what seemed like an eternity, the owner handed me my new sandwich, and I left the store, still feeling angry and frustrated. As I walked away, I couldn't help but wonder what other surprises awaited me at the next sandwich shop. Would there be a bear next time? A lion? I made a mental note to stick to places that didn't allow exotic animals on the premises. Jersey Mike's? More like "Careless Wolverine...

Hello well you know this was very close to being 4 stars don't get me wrong it was it was a it was a It was a sandwich that was pretty close to 4 stars you know they just had a couple of cups you know I'm gonna resolve the mustard 1 because I'm just gonna bring my own so I can't trust people to spread it I'm gonna resolve the mustard 1 because I'm just gonna bring my own so I can't trust people to spread it normal or apply it you know evenly You know people think yellow mustard you just throw the yellow muscular on oh no cause I can taste it very well so if if there's too much it's You know people think yellow mustard you just throw the yellow mustard on oh no cause I can taste it very well so if there's too much it's gonna ruin the sandwich So anyway that's why they got a 3 star and plus you know they were chinch on the bacon but you don't know And the bacon was burnt which is not good I mean I don't mind it a little I don't mind it partially Chris but So anyway and then I thought they were little chins on the extra meat but that was Was still good it could have been way better with a couple more pc of meat You know I kind of get it that you know you're not gonna get a lot for 3 bucks but I think you should get 6 pc I mean if you're gonna pony up Dollars for sandwich I think it should be pretty stout And plus the What's the seats in the restaurant aren't so good so that was 3 things which you know lot of times I can drop you down 3 stars for that but I didn't today cause I thought the sandwich was still you know it was a little bit above average I really dislike unfortunately they weren't they didn't put that much on it but I prefer to put my own amount on itYou know actually they were lucky I didn't but I was very nice and still gave them 3 stars.
