Lviv Croissants — Restaurant in Kent

We were so excited to visit this new spot after seeing all the advertising and hearing great things about their croissants. Unfortunately, the owners were clearly unprepared for opening day. We stood in a massive line that extended outside the building for 30 minutes, only to reach the counter and be told they weren’t taking any new orders at that moment - just handing out drinks to existing orders. They asked us to wait another 20 minutes before they’d start accepting orders again. After already waiting half an hour just to place an order, we decided enough was enough and left. So we never even got to try the food we came for. I’m giving 2 stars solely for the beautiful interior design. The owners will surely find their audience, and I wish them luck getting their operations sorted out. As for me, I’ll be taking my business to another establishment where I can actually order food.
