Dough Zone Dumpling House Kent Station — Restaurant in Kent

The food is extremely good, but their system for tracking is terrible. It's a freezing day, and it says 17 min for pick up. I place the order it says ready in 10 minutes or so. I have my dog in the car and walk her down there is no parking near by. We stand outside for 40 minutes and the manager and employees are rude. I keep asking why does it say it's done when it's not complete? They do this to boost their ratings with places like door dash you see 5-6 door dash drivers wasting their time in the lobby. It's rude and we deserve a refund.

Order placed at 7:23, order confirmed ready at 7:34, didn't get food...

This was our first time here and they were very welcoming when we walked in and walked us to our table. Gave us plenty of time to order and we used a little check mark menu piece of paper. The food was decent for what it is I'm not a huge fan of noodles but they weren't that bad to me. If you're a big fan of dim sum and noodles this place is the place you want to be. The only issue we had was they brought our drinks out extremely late because they forgot about them, otherwise...
