Had the opportunity to visit this great little burger 🍔 and fry🍟 establishment. Never had been too any of these restaurants. For a chain type of establishment, I found the burgers and fries BETTER then other similar business. For example like modern day A & W. The food at Johnny Rockets reminded me of what A & W used to be like in the 1960's, or great local Mom and Pop burger joints. When burgers were cooked like you wanted with fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and cheese that taste like real dairy 🐄 cheese! Not anything made from processed petroleum chemicals. So in short this Johnny Rockets at Kent Station, reminded me of my childhood, and going out for burgers with my family. 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔 A plus regarding the memories, this place was decorated as if back in the 50's and 60's, or what I called the good old days, when food was food, good service was great service, and a smile was a smile. 😁 Give them a try!

This place was suggested to us after a day of driving. We left our hotel and arrived in less than ten minutes. The menu was pretty simple but we asked for an appetizer to get started while we decided on our meals. The employee(possibly the manager) came back and we ordered the Houston double, the smoked bacon double kids hot dogand chicken fingers as well as cheese tots and bacon cheese fries.they were amazing! My daughter didn't eat the other half of her hotdog to save room for dessert. We ordered one of the chocolate explosion shakes to be split but they mistakenly brought two ( and charged for both). They too were amazing but all 4 of us were too full to finish them. We ended up bringing stuff back to the hotel for later. I would suggest this place but don't starve yourself all day because you won't eat it all and it can get expensive!

It’s not easy to find a real American-style diner around Seattle, so I was glad to discover Johnney Rocket in Kent. The area feels clean and safe, with no trouble finding street parking. The retro diner vibe inside and out is just perfect, and the food tastes exactly like what I imagined before moving here. A milkshake is always a must for me at places like this, and it never disappoints. American diner food is something I really enjoy, and this spot captures it perfectly. American diner food is something I truly enjoy, and I want to eat as much of it as I can before heading back to Japan. Visited 2025.3

The facility is relatively clean, with amiable (I won't go so far as to call them friendly) staff. There's the benefit of the kitchen being on display, which helps assure nothing "funny" will happen to your meal. That, unfortunately, is as high as the praise gets and as far as it goes. I had the "smokehouse:" A cheddar, bacon burger with onion rings. The meat was properly cooked, bit the onion rings were out of a bad and had been fried some time will in advance. To make them worse, they're cheap onion rings with the membranes in-tact. As you might guess, this does not make for an enjoyable burger. Moving on to the fries, they are also cheap previously frozen things which are edible when fresh out of the frier, but turn chewy as they cool. To top the meal of I had a chocolate shake. This was way too sugary with near zero chocolate flavor. The crux-de-gras it's paper. Namely: the bill. $14.76 plus tax for a meal of lower quality than most fast food joints provide for...

I’ve gone here many times because I love their shakes and chilli cheese fries. I try to call in my order to to be ready when I get there because I live 3 minutes away. First of all, I literally will call 20-30 times in a row before anyone answers. 50% of the time, the food is prepared how it is supposed to be. I like consistency- food to taste the same every time. The place is overpriced, and when I have eaten inside all the tables are dirty and the staff stands around on their phones or talking to each other and don’t want to help. Our drinks were never filled, we never were asked how our food was. I am one of those people that always tips even 10% for not so great service. But it makes it very hard to not want to give $0.00 for restaurant and to go orders when the staff is unhelpful. Once when I picked up a to go order I saw the waiter walk by, see the phone ringing, and walked away. No wonder it takes so many calls in a row to get...
