Piroshky Piroshky — Restaurant in Kent

I normally have piroshkis delivered to my house. I have been doing that over the last few years but I recently visited Piroshky Piroshky in Kent and had a mixed experience.

On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. The person at the window was very nice and professional, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant.

However...... The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered two bacon cheeseburger piroshkis, two beef and cheddar piroshkis, and five frozen beef and cheddar piroshkis. The cooked piroshkis were extremely hard and burnt, almost inedible. My family and I had to remove most of the top and some of the inside to make them somewhat edible. They definitely had been kept under the heat lamp far too long and should have been replaced before becoming overcooked.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend getting their cooked items at the Kent location. Instead, consider getting them delivered frozen (you control the quality and it's cheaper) or visit the downtown location for hot and...

I saw the signs go up and was waiting for it to be open. I finally googled how to order. The process to order and pick up is awesome. Associate was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the parking lot is intimidating. When the associate shut the door to get my food the people in the parking lot made me feel unsafe. I do understand you can't do anything about the people hanging out around the building, just when the door shut and I was alone I was nervous. The food is delicious. I've come to this location before (3 months ago) and the food was great. I picked it up at the counter and it was as good as their flagship in Seattle. I just stopped by today (2/8/25) and literally nobody was there No answer to the phone, no answer to the doorbell, the lights were off entirely, and the service window was gated.
