So I placed a mobile breakfast order around 10:12 I live around 2 minutes from the store. Arrived at 10:17 still within the breakfast time frame as they serve breakfast all the way until 10:30 I chose drive thru pick up since I had my daughter and didn’t wanna bring her inside. So I waited in the drive thru line until 10:35 finally reached the speaker told them the code they confirmed my name and told me to pull forward after another few minutes of waiting I made it to the window around 10:44 told her I had a mobile order she asked if it was for someone I said no I told her my name and she goes “oh we can’t fulfill that order because it’s no longer breakfast time” so after waiting in the drive thru for well over 15 minutes as well as arriving within the breakfast time frame they couldn’t do my order. First of all why did you not cancel my order in the app or at least let me know that I couldn’t get that before making me sit in the line for 25 minutes. They cancel orders on DoorDash all the time but they can’t do it with their own app? Hmm that’s weird. Second off the fact the woman working the drive thru was incredibly rude she didn’t offer to get me a different order or anything just a “it’s cancelled you’ll get a refund” so now I’m gonna be stuck waiting 3-5 business days for my money as well as not getting my food. Third off as a business that offers all day breakfast you guys were more than capable of doing the order especially for a customer that ordered ahead. Cause really what’s the difference in making my food when I placed the order at 10:12 and letting it sit until I arrive and making a whole batch of nuggets and letting them sit for over 30 minutes and then serving them. And lastly if you’re unable to fulfill a breakfast online order nearly 30 minutes before you stop serving breakfast then stop allowing customers to order online breakfast orders 30 minutes before the cut off. This entire review is coming from someone who has worked only in the food industry until recently I’ve even worked at McDonald’s myself and this was all so unprofessional and ignorant. Also I’d like to add I’m not writing this review to get a call from the company asking if I want free food to make up for this I’m writing this review so that other people can know not to waste their time going here and to choose any other food place or even a better McDonald’s location. Read moreOnly reason to go to any McDonald's is a kid and this specific one because it still has a playplace. Food is McDonald's standard: tastes like wet cardboard and is maybe room temperature when served. They regularly "forget" part of the order so that you wait longer than you should for fast food. The only thing I wanted was a McFlurry they advertise everywhere and is more expensive than any other item ordered really ... but guess what ... the ice cream machine is - as always - "broken". Plenty of employees there but no one at the counter where you should have someone greeting and taking orders?!?! Then you wait again at the counter because they don't have friggin' ketchup anywhere - except for at the counter and it's empty. Not like people want ketchup with their fries and nuggets or something ... Then I have to get up to get a refund and they need my card ... But no one there to take it, so I wait and wait ... until I got cash and no one told me I could just go back and sit down. I mean ... come on!
Oh yeah ... the play area. No one checks if anybody is wearing socks although it says it's required. 5 kids there, all barefoot. We were the only idiots who gave McDonald's another Dollar for socks but at least she won't get foot fungi.
I don't expect anything from McDonald's honestly ... but some BASICS regarding customer service in the food industry should be possible?!?!

Read moreVisited this location on 10/31/2022, arrived in drive through at 7:50 pm and at 8:20 pm I was still setting in line, ther was no movement at all, so I proceeed to call the store while I was setting patiently to ensure that the drive thru was open, mostly due to the fact the they were not taking any orders at the drive thru, being next in line to have my order taken and 35 minutes later, I decided to take my business else where and passed through, because apparently as a guest I wasn't important enough nor was the 10 to 12 cars behind me. This is not the first time this has happened and wanting to give this store the benefit of the doubt I thought I'd give it one more chance, needless to say I won't be returning to this location ever oh and I do have to give a shout out to Arby's on Parrish Ave, you guys rocked a 2 minute from order taken to handing me my food, hope noone in the drive thru was on a 30 minute lunch break last night oh and by the way I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes, but it's impossible to get out of line once your in it, I know loosing me as a guest is not important to you and it showed in the service and hiw I was spoken to...
