Came in about a month ago, had a very simple order: a quarter pounder value meal, plain, with a diet coke. First off, it takes nearly half an hour to get to the window at 10:00 at night. When I get there, the guy working the window (who, in all honesty, sounded like he was high) reads me the order of the guy who just left in front of me, hands me a regular coke instead of a diet, and, to top it all off, the burger wasn't right. At that point, I simply returned my order since I didn't have another half hour to wait for them to make it right. And then, as the icing on the cake, when i reported the extremely poor service to corporate, their customer service department reaches out to inform me that the manager at that location flat-out LIED to them about trying to get in touch with me, despite them having the correct phone number on file and my call logs proving nobody contacted me on the days they provided. In short, it's abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about customer service at this location. Do yourself a favor, and make the extra bit of drive to the one in Shelbyville. Anyway Paul which is the guy that asked that I told him that my order was wrong and he proceeds to tell me that well it comes with cheese well he argued with me . Again I told him that I told the girl that I wanted an egg and sausage McMuffin there was no mention of cheese on my part so that's common sense. Read moreThere were only 2 customers in the store. Us and 1 other couple. The four of us only ordered drinks - 3 self-serve sodas and a medium caramel frappe. It took nearly 15 minutes for the frappe. The teenage employee, Xavier (name known only because the person in charge said it so many times while we were waiting) was loud and belligerent toward the shift leader: talking back to her, yelling her he was not going to make the frappe because he was restocking the sauces, ignoring those of us at the counter. When he finally have is the frappe all he said was, "Here." No apologies. No thank you. No politeness toward us or the other employees.
