That's what you get working in fast food, especially with a lot of kids.
As a person with short term memory loss, high functioning autism and generalized anxiety disorder, this place provided me with the perfect environment for improvement, Melinda was an amazing person who helped me jumped some hurdles that I had trouble with for a long time.
If you need a temporary place to work or even as a first job this place is perfect, unfortunately I'm moving out of my parents house soon so I had to move to a job that can transfer.
I had the best support job wise, if there's one thing I learned here though it's that you should never be friends with coworkers, especially in a McDonald's.

Read moreBad experience...I took an order through the drive through i had a coupon for 2 large McCafe buy 1 & get one free..and 2 McRib...plus 2 sm 🍟....plus my last order was a senior coffee.. I got to the window i got 1 medium McCafe and my senior coffee that was a last add-on.. I disagreed with the order and ..i disagreed with my order and the Manager told me different..we argued somewhat and he basically brushed me off and told me to take of as he walked away...seems he didn't read the McCafe coupon..it wasn't for a medium McCafe & senior coffee. Seems this person at the window took my receipt.....i felt the person that took my order mistaken my order but I did mention a coupon for buy 1large McCafe get one free...i never got it...i was mad about the manager attitude.. plus he walked away and I felt he thought I was lieing....i got ripped off on my order. I will think twice about going back to this...

Then, as a type 1 diabetic paying for a DIET coke, imagine my disappointment when I received a regular coke? Coma and or death awaits. Went back and took it inside and kid replied that we ordered regular coke. Are you kidding me? If he had misheard us and used the screen like they are supposed to, we would have seen his error but then their order processing times would look way worse so why do that? To add insult to injury, manager was working counter, heard this and said NOTHING. I tried to do the survey at mcdvoice.com as is PRINTED ON THEIR RECEIPT, BUT they conveniently do not have the required 26 digit code on their receipts. What a disgrace to the franchise.
