Here's some extra fries.... but we're going to charge you for them.

We ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks and an order of fries, we got our order number and sat down. They brought us our burgers first and then came back with the fries a few minutes later. They brought two orders of fries and I made the assumptions it was because they took so long to get our food to us.

Several minutes later an employee walked up to our table and said "We gave you an extra fry, you don't have to pay now, but come up after you're done."

I kinda thought it was a joke, until he left with no smile on his face and returned to talking with the other employees behind the counter. The extra amount wasn't a problem, but it was their fault and then to make matters worse, they asked me to pay for their super minor mistake. All seriousness, an order of fries would've probably cost them 30-40 cents.

We were on the fence about Burger Grill or Smokey Mountain, we've had both now and I can honestly say, the service and the food is much better at Smokey Mountain. Do yourself a favor and walk the few extra blocks and avoid the poor business practices and...

My family and I stopped to get lunch. It looked like a nice burger joint and they had an outdoor patio, YAY! Couldnt get better than that! However that was the only good thing about this place. The service was horribly slow for one and oddly impatient with us. Then we got our bill which was much more expensive than the menu said it should be. Later, we looked at our recept and realized they charged us for every add on. No where was that mentioned. The man taking our order mumbled if we wanted everything on it. Naturally we did. He never said for an additional fee or anything! It was our mistake for not double checking the receipt but it was theirs for not informing us the everything with it costs an additional $4. Above the menu it does say lettuce, tomato, cheese, and special sauce comes with the burgers and fries. It did not say for an additional. Unless I miss read something. McDonald's makes a better burger for less.

Food was horrible Service worse that horrible Clean restaurant and outdoor dining options based on weather...

TL;DR: Overpriced, Bad Food Quality, Friendly Staff, Clean Establishment, No Website/Online Menu. I DO NOT recommend this place. You will have a better meal by going to another establishment.

During my visit, I had a cheeseburger and a order of small fries. The cheeseburger was a good portion size but did not taste good. The fries were crisp but lacking flavor. The establishment itself is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Note that they also do not have a website set up and their Facebook page seems outdated. There is no way to lookup the menu before your visit or option to order online. Modern day establishments really should have a website and online menu at the very minimum.
