El Toro Express — Restaurant in Miamisburg

Tried the new El Toro Express recently. It's okay. I ordered delivery, and there doesn't seem to be a way to order just rice and no beans. It comes as a burrito or bowl "with rice and beans." Not sure if it's the same when ordering in the restaurant.

They could definitely take some pointers from Chipotle on how to wrap a burrito, because this thing just fell completely apart and turned into a fork and knife situation. The burrito is large, but messy. The overall ingredients weren't correct either. Not sure if they just really skimped on everything besides the rice and beans, or if they just completely made it wrong. I honestly couldn't tell. Definitely lacking flavor.

The nacho chips are nothing special. The queso is pretty bland. Some jalapenos would help spice it up, but as is it's just okay.

When you walk in, you'll get the menu at the top. If you have questions about the menu, they will gladly assist with any questions. Basically, you will choose the type of layer such as burrito, tacos, and so on, the type of meat, toppings, and a drink. I got crunchy tacos and nachos. I personally don't like the cream cheese that goes over the nachos. I like how they will make the food for you fresh. The food looks and has nice fragrances. You can find your drinks at the side. The tables and chairs were all clean. Payment will be in the form of cash or credit card. All the employees had a family atmosphere. Employees who get along with each other will have a good business attitude. I would come back here and would highly recommend...

We tried El Toro Express for the first time today and it was AMAZING! The food was soooo goodgood. And you get SO much food as well! They are NOT stingy on protein at ALL. Every order comes with sides of beans and rice. They have so many more toppings to choose from than Chipotle- like my favorites cilantro and jalapeño!! The place was SPOTLESS and decor was very cute. Free WiFi and outlets at many of the tables for charging and laptops. The staff was sooo nice and helpful. Food was fresh and kitchen area also looked spotless. Chipotle USED to be my son's favorite restaurant... not anymore! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!! Five stars...
