Tattoos and Scars Saloon — Restaurant in Key West

There is just nothing good to say about this place. Came in with a haunted pub crawl on 7-2-2016. The bar was pretty full and there was 1 bartender. After waiting for 10 minutes for a drink we moved to the center of the bar to attempt to get the girls attention. After standing there for a few minutes a party of 4 of her friends walked in and stood next to us. She proceeded to get them drinks immediately. We then left and walked next door to Shots and giggles, ordered right away, and then brought those drinks back into tattoos and scars. Screw this place. You need to fire Blondie, she sucks. FYI, our pub crawl did not have free drinks, we had to pay for them, you've loss.

After speaking with the owner, she cares. I will be back. Overall, this is a very cool bar. Great decor,, great music and Tito's on tap! But! Visitors beware! Your experiences will vary. My friends and I are veteran travelers to Key West. Key West is by far the best, most friendly and eclectic place we choose to visit multiple times a year. We've been to Tattoos & Scars several times and have learned a couple of things about the bar's dynamics. If you stay within the lines and keep your interactions to the regular local faire of drinks, all will be good, Step outside the lines and ask for anything unusual, be prepared to receive less than acceptable service. In other words, we've learned not to engage with staff unless it's for the usual round of drinks. Should you step wrongly, don't bother voicing your complaint. Don't expect the above-and-beyond you might experience elsewhere. The staff doesn't handle criticism well.

I went there with two local friends Stephanie and Dave in the afternoon on 3/6 and 3/7. on 3/6 we got ok service had a long wait for drinks while the bartender stood and looked right at out empty cups. we then had to ask for our happy hour chips. I believe her name was Samantha. on 3/7 we came back and received even worse service. She refused to give us chips because a round of drinks was purchased for us. The best was when we left. she actually called my friend Dave back into the bar and said "if you don't like it feel free to not come back during my shift when i am working!!" I was amazed. I mean who does that? The bar is actually a great place to have free peanuts a few drinks and and the nighttime blonde bartender with the colorful tats is super friendly and gives great prompt service. as for he brunette on 3/6 and 3/7, I have never met a more non serving non friendly bartender in all of key west.
