I stopped at this store on the evening of August 22nd. My wife and I were interested in the beautiful coins and jewelry that has been recovered from ship wrecks that they had on display. We were greeted by Nikky, who happens to be the store manager. I can tell you that she was Absolutely wonderful! We could not afford to by any of the beautiful things that she showed us but that didn't stop her from not only telling us the history and background of some of those items that we liked. She even let us hold some of those things. It was a wonderful time we had with her there. Nikky is very friendly and informative. If I had the money I surely would have purchased one of those old coins. If you have the time or are looking for some nice jewelry stop in and talk with her. They have all kinds of nice things there. Amy and Nikki were absolutely amazing! I was very clear in what I wanted and the ladies delivered to me a piece that couldn’t have been more on point, with one minor exception…the price was outside of the budget constraint I had given. I loved the piece so much I was trying to find anyway on earth I could justify the difference between my budget and their price (which by the way, was already phenomenal), when the unthinkable happened. The ladies said if I would take it right now, they would reduce the item even further to make it fit within my budget! They listened to my needs and wants, and then they went so above and beyond to make it happen, I simply can’t thank them enough! Someday my granddaughter will have a stunning “legacy” piece all thanks to the work of these wonderful women!...

Alex, Nikki, and Amy at Pacific are nothing short of amazing. We purchased a 10 year wedding anniversary ring from them, and they were so patient and kind. They knew how much my first ring meant to me and were able to turn it into a beautiful pendant necklace so that I can have it to cherish for many more years to come. Nikki and Alex were so knowledgeable about the entire process - from resizing my new ring, to the options for making my current ring into the pendant.
