Would I purchase from Ballerina Jewelers on Duval St., Key West, FL or pretty much ANY location? Absa-loot-leee. Arrvi, the sales rep/owner/manager (whatever his stance within the company) was absolutely phenomenal, went above and beyond, to insure 110% complete customer satisfaction.

How my journey started? We went to Key West for one of our many many trips when I decided I wanted a tiny, dainty, diamond, 14K White Gold, unique craftmanship bracelet to add to the other 2 unique bracelets adjoining my right wrist currently. I found the right one almost instantly; they had/have a beautiful assortment of all types, prices, quality, uniqueness. I was in heaven. Anyhow back to my story. So after 3 months, my new right wrist member, broke, now it could have been me, I tend to be rough on my pieces or could've just been a fluke, I think it was a fluke, I've got a professional sit down job; nonetheless my bracelet went Ka Pooyee aka broke. I reached out via email to Ballerina and I was contacted within 24 hrs that all would be well and they would most definitely take care of this mishap. I tried to call originally but be warned, they're very busy making their current customers happy and don't have time to man the phones but no worries, email works like a charm. I was contacted within 24 hrs., actually it was that evening late; I was in bed. The communication started, Aarvi called when he said he would, he was available when he said he would be. The communication was easy. I feel, if you treat people well, they'll treat you well.

Aarvi was so attentive, quick to respond, easy to work with, very understanding. They weren't going to fix it, they were going to REPLACE my piece, even better. Aarvi was in constant contact with me 110% of the way; I even attained his cell number. Ballerina emailed me a ppd shipping label, they received my bracelet, they shipped me a brand new identical bracelet. This all took 7 days. 7 days; no company works that fast; we're talking comminucation, emailing, shipping, and return shipping. That's just down right wonderful and makes you get that warm fuzzy feeling and to know there's still companies out there that stand behind their products; this is so rare, most want the sale, move on to the next, see you later. I deal with alot of different people and companies in my line of work and will say, I will be a customer again. Oh and did I tell you, if your jewelry needs cleaning or an inspection (which I can't emphasize enough should be done yearly) Ballerina will furnish you a ppd label so they may perform the task and get you back your piece expediently.

So if you want a fun, unique, one of a kind piece of jewelry, be sure to stop in. They are not only located in Key West, FL, they're other locations in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, St Maartan Dutch West Indies. So if you're getting off that cruise ship and see them stop in, browse, say HI and see if you can find something F.U.N. but take comfort in knowing they stand behind their pieces and craftsmanship.

AMAZING family owned Jeweler! We were in Key West on vacation in October 2021 when we found Nayte and Aakash at Ballerina Jewlers in Key West. We got Such a wonderful, friendly and professional welcome- Nayte was SO knowledgeable on horological luxury timepieces- my family, especially my husband and teen girls, LOVE luxury timepieces! We spent the next hour discussing and trying on special watches and had a blast. Two Oris timepieces that my husband wanted were available, so I spoke to Nayte and Aakash privately to mail them to me secretly so I could surprise my hubby for Christmas. They went above and beyond for me! The gave me a great price for two beautiful watches and the watches were fedex’d and in my home two weeks later. I wrapped them and waited until my husband opened his Christmas gifts on 12/25/21.:) The diamond tennis bracelets at Ballerina Jewlers are also stunning and priced well. I have a milestone Bday coming up in January 2022 and we already know where we want to purchase our next luxury piece of jewelry. Don’t go anywhere else until you go to Ballerina for your jewelry or watch needs- we HIGHLY recommend them- we will be back (even though we live in the MidWest- it’s easy to shop online with them and have anything shipped) and we will be loyal customers bc of how well they treated our needs and wants. I bought a diamond ring and bracelet from Ballerina Jewelers. It was hard to narrow down my choices because of how many beautiful pieces that were sold there. Poonam helped my mom and I, she was very very helpful, so kind and very patient. She was as excited as I was as I was trying on the jewelry- she really made the experience that much better. A couple of months later a diamond had fell out of my ring, I called and within one hour I had a shipping label sent to my email to send my ring to them. I shipped my ring to them, they fixed it and sent it back and within a week I had this beautiful ring back on my finger, they must have cleaned it too because it looked even more beautiful when I got it back. I highly recommend this place, they were very thorough and every staff member that I spoke to was very kind. (Shout out to Arrvi, who kept me updated on the process of fixing the ring and checking in to make sure I received the ring back and had a good experience). If I ever find myself back in Key West or the other Ballerina Jewelers locations, I will be sure to stop in to find my next piece!
