Good day, I'm from the Caribbean. I came across a ring on the Emeralds International website that I immediately fell in love with. I sent an email to them so as to enquire about the product. That was where I met Carl. Carl has been one of the best examples of customer service I've ever received.

I had a thorough discussion with Carl where he answered all my questions and gave me further clarifications and details on the ring. I felt comfortable and assured about the product, so I then decided to board a plane and fly to Emeralds International, Key West, Florida.

Carl knew I was coming in a bit late, and so he assured me that he would stay back after working hours just to ensure that I get an opportunity to view the ring in person. I got there after dark, I was immediately sat down and offered refreshments. After a polite conversation with Carl and his associate, I got to view the ring. It was as beautiful as I had imagined.

The ring was a big snug at first fitting, so Carl offered to immediately cut and resize the ring if I decided to purchase. He assured me that he could have it done within the hour. Obviously I agreed to purchase. It was such a handsome and beautiful ring, and the customer service throughout was perfect.

My wife to be and I got a chance to browse around Key West while Carl worked on the ring. He called us when it was ready, I paid for the ring, and left having made a couple friends. A detailed report along with the invoice was sent to my email immediately after. Perfect.

I'm now back in the Caribbean, and my ring makes me happy everytime I look at it. I'm so glad I went on such an adventure and was able to purchase the ring. The memories attached to it simply cannot be quantified in monetary terms.

I would therefore reccomend Emeralds International without a doubt. I know that I'll be visiting them again sometime in the future....

Emeralds International. How do I describe my experience? Allow me to explain...

I walked in looking for a potential engagement ring made out of something aside from the traditionally overpriced and standard retail diamond rings like every other girl has. I began looking for something in silver, as my fiancée to be is allergic to every other metal. I was greeted with a warm smile and a very inviting atmosphere. During my peeking through the displays, I was given some history on the company and the emerald origins as background listening material from the associates. Upon discovery from the gemologist Carl, I was soon after sitting down with an outcome in mind as to what my perfect ring should look like. We custom built the whole thing. Loose emeralds, diamonds, and an amazing artistic setting made by the original owner. They took every ounce of their time to set me up with something I loved inside of my budget. I JUST ordered the ring today, don't even have it yet, and was so amazed at the service that I just needed to write a review. I was that confident that after a handshake with the two reps, that I was in good hands and ready to have the ring of her dreams in my hands in no time. This has been the hardest transaction and decision I have ever had to make and they made it seamless and made me want more!!!!!! Please.
