Title: A Disappointing Dining Experience
Rating: ★★☆☆☆
I recently visited a restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. As a patient customer, I endured an excessive wait time of 95 minutes for my food, only to be further disappointed when it arrived incorrectly prepared.
From the moment I walked through the doors, the ambiance seemed promising. The restaurant boasted an inviting decor and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff appeared friendly and accommodating, which initially added to my optimism about the dining experience ahead.
However, as time ticked away without any sign of my order, my patience began to wane. The prolonged delay in serving the food became increasingly frustrating, as the wait exceeded a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, the lack of clear communication from the staff regarding the delay only intensified my disappointment.
When my order finally arrived, I had hoped that the long wait would be justified with a perfectly cooked and well-presented dish. Regrettably, this was not the case. The food itself was a far cry from what was described on the menu, and the flavors seemed muddled and uninspiring. It was evident that attention to detail was lacking, as the dish lacked the finesse and quality I had anticipated.
Compounding the disappointment was the staff's response to my dissatisfaction. Rather than displaying genuine concern for my experience, they seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my concerns. The lack of empathy from the management left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.
It is disheartening to write such a review, as I always strive to highlight the positive aspects of my dining experiences. However, in this case, the significant delays, coupled with the subpar food and indifferent customer service, cannot be overlooked.
I believe that every restaurant has the potential to improve, and I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment. Addressing the issues of excessive wait times, ensuring accurate order preparation, and fostering a more customer-centric approach would go a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, my visit to this restaurant left me disappointed and dissatisfied. While the initial promise of a pleasant dining experience seemed inviting, the prolonged wait, poorly executed food, and lackluster customer service tarnished the overall impression. As a result, I am unable to recommend this restaurant and suggest exploring alternative dining options...
Read moreWhen we ordered, we were the ONLY 2 customers in their entire restaurant. 2 ladies that were at the bar had just left. We ordered a Ribeye Gyro which the menu states comes with lettuce, tomato, onions, & kalamati olives. It came with NO tomatoes & NO olives. We told the waitress. We also told her the Gyro had pickles on it, which is not on the menu. She said that can't happen cause they only have pickle spears.... I then actually showed her the pickles(hamburger pickles) on the Gyro. She went to the kitchen & came back with lil plastic cups of tomatoes & olives. I then asked her, how can a chef just delete 2 items off a menu item? Its not like they were busy, as we were their only customers. She didn't know what to say. We also ordered the Blackened Tuna Bites appetizer. They were dark orange(photo included), didn't taste Blackened, and 2 pieces were super fishy tasting and unable to eat.
Nobody seemed to even care. No apology, no sincere anything. Disappointing to say the least. There was no atmosphere. Zero! No personality, no smiles, no nothing.
A pretty building, but that's it! And wrong food that no one really cares to wanted to correct.
Gave them another try today. Spanish rice was ridiculously over salted & tasted SouthWestern, not Spanish rice. Tasted as if 3 packets of taco seasoning were put in the rice. My friend ordered a Philly Cheesteak no mushrooms. It came out totally plain with no onions nor banana peppers. Told the waiter & he said the ingredients are in there but just chopped up small. My friend then opened sandwich to show him totally otherwise. He said they'd go recook the meat & add onions & banana peppers. No thanks to pulling cooked meat & goey cheese out of a sub roll and recooking that same already cooked cheese, meat, & sub roll. And her fries were wayyy over cooked, too dark brown, & wayyy over salty. My piece of Salmon was little. The green sauce was practically non existent Y'all need experienced Chefs in your kitchen. I keep trying you, but you keep missing the mark...
Read moreI’m sorry but this place has absolutely awful service. The waiter was a nice person but the kitchen put him in a terrible spot. As I write this me, my wife, and my 3 children have been waiting for our food for more than an hour. We also watched another table get seated next to us and receive appetizers and entrees before us. Unbelievable.
UPDATE: we informed the waiter that we were unhappy with the extremely long wait time for food and he brought back the kitchen manager. We received excuses and an insincere apology where he actually apologized not for the terrible experience we were having but instead that “there was a kitchen mixup and other tables to deal with at the same time and these things happen.” Frankly, we didn’t need an explanation, we only wanted to provide feedback so they could improve their service and it was awkward for the kitchen manager to even come out.
Furthermore, after admitting failure to provide good service and then not owning it, nothing on the bill was comped. I wasn’t looking for a freebie – in fact, I still tipped the waiter 20% on the full bill – but a good restaurant would take off the drinks or something to make up for the lousy service. Honestly, all they really needed to do for me was come out to the table once in a while and manage my expectations, instead, we waiting for more than an hour for food to arrive with no...
