Order # 36110202585776129
I ordered 4 burger meals, 2 kids meals, and a drink "to-go" on Friday, 20JUN.
The servers carried the food into the car. As they walked away, I began to verify my order before driving off. I grabbed the first burger meal from the paper bag and realized the bag was ripped. Immediately, the other three burger meals began to topple onto the floor of my car. The lid on the second meal popped open and I ended up with a fistful of fries that I dumped right back inside the plastic container. I stopped verifying (my mistake) and instead began securing the meals in my car for the drive. I noticed that the drink I ordered that I was charged $1.99 came in the same cup as the drinks from the 2 kids meals. I decided it wasn't worth my time and drove home.
At home, I had to take the meals in two by two since the bag broke. None of the burgers were labeled. I ordered onion rings (a $1.99 up charge) and everyone else ordered fries. There were no onion rings in any of the burgers. The mushroom burger was easy to identify. The other three we had to guess. My burger was missing my modification that I was charged $1 for.
I went back to the restaurant. They made me some onion rings. I went back home. By this time, my burger was soggy and beyond well done (I ordered medium well) since about 45 min had elapsed from the time I picked up my order. Mind you, I arrived 5 min before my pickup time of 06:30pm so I know it wasn't just sitting out. Everyone at home had already finished their dinner. I ended up going to the restaurant with my food untouched and requesting my money back for my burger. When speaking with the manager I asked him about the size of the fountain drink, he gave me the correct size (styrofoam) cup with soda.
Candidly, the worst food service experience ever. 3 trips to the restaurant and no food in my belly.
I tipped 10% on my order since 1) it was a "to-go" order 2) I am not being served 3) The food runner should be verifying that the ticket matches what the customer ordered and correct deficiencies before the customer leaves with the food (and this I believe merits a few dollars).
I feel that the tip should be returned to me as your employees did not do their job. Aside from the bag mishap (this can happen to anyone), there were three things wrong with my order (that were upcharges or a paid for item) and ultimately cost me three visits to...
Read moreWorked for this company for two months and have never been treated like a team member at all. Constantly got rushed on cooking the food, got told that I should've been to let drown on the line by a supposed team leader, had to constantly ask for hours and to be placed on the schedule after my 2nd week of working there. Was lied to in the interview by Matt got told that I'll have 36hrs per week and never got it, I received more like 32-28hrs per week. They let me go after a steak came back 3 times for not being cooked well done, even though I had that steak at the top of the grill with a weight on it for more than 20mins. Sorry but a thin steak should've been done well within the 20mins I had it on the grill, but got let go because I got irritated and upset. I know my timing but awful hard to cook steaks at this place when every steak is cut different thickness and you're constantly being rushed by the people in the window. Also got let go not to long after having a mental break down and literally trying to kill myself. So what a way to treat someone who has just got done going through this, along with everything else. Doesn't seem like a good place to work for, nobody there is a team player, they'll only help when it benefits them. I really wish that day I tried to kill myself would've worked so that way these scum bags of a restaurant wouldn't have been able to fire me for getting irritated about the steak. Hey not my fault it's actually your fault because y'all don't have a clue on how to cut steaks, instead your cuts are all different thickness for the 12oz and 14oz. Which is crazy because they should all be the same thickness for both sizes not all different thickness. Maybe if y'all learn how to cut steaks properly there wouldn't be so much hassle in the cooking times. Not a good place to work for, highly recommend finding somewhere else to work because they don't actually care about you like they want to make you think they do. Oh also I've been told that they don't like firing people coming from Phil mouth especially when there's plenty of different positions in the restaurant to put you, well supposedly that was a lie as well because I'm literally...
Read moreThis maybe is my fifth or sixth time eating here. The first few times I visited, I asked for the same server I had the very first time I ate there because the service was IMMACULATE. Semaj paid attention to detail, made suggestions, answered questions, checked in, refilled drinks without being asked AND allowed us to eat without being bothersome but still did his job WELL. The moment I found out he was gone, it was tough to go back because the food is...in my opinion, mostly hype and I knew that after my second time there, but great service can get my coin almost anytime, because I can find something to become a regular dish for me... Definitely not the raw salmon I was served though... (The manager comped the meal, I ordered something else, still had great service, fine, cool) Now I wonder, because I've been maybe 3 times since Semaj's departure, if the key ingredient is salt and inconsistency at a high price because the salt is made from scratch... Big side eye. I don't care where I am or what I order, one thing I'm always getting is water, no ice, with lemons. No lemons made it to the table, we didn't have straws until I asked because my alcoholic beverage came with one, which when I ordered a second one, someone else brought it to me and I got excited and said, "oh this one came with a watermelon slice," and the woman replied they ALL come with watermelon slices and her voice faded off when she saw my half empty glass without evidence of watermelon. She apologized and told me the new one was better because she made it herself. I couldn't finish my half order of onion rings because they were HEAVY on the salt, and that was before my first drink had even made it to the table, which I had a water to assist with that, but didn't drink it because I didn't have a straw... The food is always so salty and I just don't understand why. The service is always subpar and I don't understand that either... And please put alcohol in the drinks if you're charging for the alcohol. Not for me, cause I most likely won't be back, but for future customers that will pay the tab I paid and receive what I received. They...
