I ordered pizza on Saturday 1/9/21, and it was at 11pm. I understand it was a late night order , and when I spoke to the manager who took my order, she explained that it would be an hour wait for delivery since she only had one driver. I agreed with the wait time and gave my order.

The delivery actually got to me over an hour later, and all three of the pizzas were cold, and did not have the quality taste that we have come to love from this pizza place. The barbecue pizza was made with red sauce, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce on top.. hardly a bbq pizza.. I was wondering why our pizza was delivered this way when we only live about 6 minutes away, and made me regret not picking up instead.

I tried calling that same night, but no answer, so I assumed they closed already, then I tried next morning in which the phone rang and rang. It rang so long that the dial tone went dead.. I tried again, and same result, so I figured I would wait until Monday.

Monday comes, and I get a young sounding manager that said she would call the GM, after listening to the issue, and call me back. No call back after 3 hours.. I call while I’m at work to get an update, and she tells me that the GM (Corie) said that I should have called that same night about the issue, and since it’s been so long (Saturday to Monday is a long time 🙄) she can only offer me a small discount, after I paid $60 for 3 pizzas..

At this point, I am no longer going to order from Marcos pizza, and will stick with the other chains, that know how to make things right. It’s a great disappointment when you find a good pizza place, and they start slacking on quality and customer service. I will not get pizza here again.. not because of the pizza, but because of the...

I will never order from this Marcos again. It used to be really good, but I have no idea what has happened. I ordered delivery from here said it would take 30 minutes. Instead it took a total of 2 HOURS to deliver. And then it was delivered by Favor for some reason not by them. So by the time we got our food it was dry and cold. We called up there and spoke with the “manager” supposedly and he explained everything and we want our money back. He stated they can only give half our money or a full credit to my account to use for another time we order. We took the credit. So I call up there another day to order and use my credit and the lady has no idea what I’m talking about and there is no credit and said they usually give full refunds not credit. She said since there is no record regarding this she could only give me a discount. So I said fine, which was a huge mistake. I ordered it carry out went up there 30 minutes later and she said I don’t have an order for your name. Explain I literally just talked to you and ordered. She goes to the back comes back and says oh yea we are really backed up and it’s going to be another 40 MINUTES smh. I come back again she says I don’t have an order for your name. Ma’am again we just had this convo and you said you found me, which she lied about. FINALLY she finds me and she put my order under the wrong name. I get my food and is again cold and dry, probably because it was ready when I went the first time and lied about finding my order. Please don’t waste your time and money...
