In the past, this location was decent, and as it is the closest one to our house, the one we normally take the kiddos to, if they want to play in a play place or something. I've never had a complaint until they put those stupid kiosks in. I walked in, tried to order at the counter and was told I HAD to use the kiosks. Ok, so i used the ordering Kiosk. It took me almost a full 8 minutes to order to Happy Meals, a plain double cheeseburger and some fries. A lady who had been there already received cold food as I was ordering. An older woman came in and was told she HAD to use the Kiosk as well. She was obviously having difficulties, and since I was STILL waiting, 15 minutes after ordering, I tried to help her. The Kiosk froze up. I tried to get the attention of an employee to help her, she was told to just "use the other side". I asked if someone could just take her order, she couldn't really see the screen, or even reach the top of it. The employee stammered that there manager said everyone has to use to Kiosks. So i yelled over heads and asked for the manager. I was ignored. At this point my cousin came in after waiting in the car for over 15 minutes for me to get some happy meals. She took over trying to speak with the manager while i tried to figure out why my food STILL was ready. A regional manager told us that all McDonald's are supposed to switch to this method. These kiosks will take jobs, they say more workers can be in the back doing food, but I waited 24 minutes from when I ordered to when I got my food. I asked for my cups, and the manager wouldnt even hand them to me, she just pointed at a cart that had drink cups in them. I called corporate and made a complaint, hopefully it makes...
Read moreI’ve given this McDonald’s plenty of chances but each time they keep failing! You’ll be waiting forever just to get cold food. They have attitudes when you ask for fresh food. My go to meal is a Big Mac and everytime I order it without cheese and every time they put cheese on it. I have to come inside everytime. One time they put a fish patty on my Big Mac. Then had the nerve to laugh about it when I brought it back. Today I went back and got the Big Mac without cheese.... you guessed it! They put cheese on it anyways and my food was cold. I went inside and no one acknowledged me. The manager was standing right there and she wouldn’t even speak. The person from the 1st drive through window which was on his break looked like, came and helped me correct my order. The manager still was laughing and joking with the other employees. Another worker came by and I asked for a cup and she wanted to know where I had just came from. A few more minutes went by and since the manager decided to still not even ask if something was wrong i tried to get her attention. She ignored me but the other workers heard me. She finally turned around from everyone seeing her tramp stamp tattoo on her lower back and I told her I wanted fresh fries. She said nothing and went and dumped my cold food. Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and then the app said it was picked up and wouldn’t let me go back to the screen for pick up. So the food was just given to someone else. Followed the app instructions to call the store. The girl on the phone couldn’t give any help besides telling me she didn’t have any mobile orders on her screen, didn’t take the time to listen to the situation. Told me to ask for a refund on the app. I told her the app says to call the store. Then proceeded to ask me what the order was and she seemed to remember the order. She then said her manager said I’d have to talk to the general manager but they aren’t there. I asked for a different person to talk to or contact. She just kept saying she didn’t have a mobile order and the general manager wasn’t there and that they didn’t know if it was me who picked up the food or not. Tried to ask for more guidance and she just hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Didn’t bother to take down my info to pass to the general manager or anything. From the beginning of the phone call she didn’t want to help just wanted to repeatedly say she didn’t have any mobile orders on her screen instead of listening to anything I was saying.
