Im so beyond excited to have a Jersey Mike's in the area. We enjoyed free sandwiches on Saturday and loved them so much that we went back again opening day. Way better than Subway. Everything is super fresh. The workers are so good; especially this one gentleman who says your name multiple times and makes great eye contact while giving the best service. For such a small space, they use it perfectly and I cannot wait to continue visiting this location! Great starting week...

I ordered a simple mini turkey club. They forgot the bacon when I brought it to their attention they stared at me like a deer in headlights. They didn’t know how to fix it. Really? What’s so hard about taking it and making a new one? So this morning, I called the manager to talk to about it and it seems like she hung up on me, within the same minute I called back they swore that the call had dropped yet she would not get back on the phone with me. If you have somewhere to be, at a certain time DEFINITELY DON'T order here!! Getting really sick of the wait times. It doesn't matter how you order, in person or online, the wait time is ridiculous. I get that when you order a hot sub, yes you have to wait for it to be cooked but every time I order, 4x now, I've had a wait time of 30 minutes!! If the app says pick up at 8pm and I ordered at 7:45pm, I expect it to be ready...
