People hate on Arby's, and it's not deserved. Their roast turkey, ranch, and bacon is killer, their value menu wraps are good. This one has been running a deal on 2 for $6 beef and cheddar which is an awesome deal. Normally I hate paying for add ons, and honestly it doesn't need it because they have great free sauce, but at that price I get a the 80 cent cup of au juis to dip it in and it's quite good for something I wouldn't normally get. They have such a big selection of food that I don't understand how people can't find something they like there. The weakest thing in my opinion that I've tried there was a burger, and it wasn't bad, just nothing to write home about. The service isn't all smiles and warmth like In n Out, but they are cordial enough and most importantly to me, quick. Atmosphere lost stars mostly because a lot of vagrants in the immediate area (some live under the Dennys which has a weird underpass like space to keep it level, and then the shade spots behind all those buildings from Terribles down are pretty much always occupied with people and their often pets who look like they are from slab city) made visiting it on foot while my car was in the shop quite a bit uncomfortable. Certainly wouldn't park there and dine in for this reason. Not really their fault, but it's a thing. Out of the restaurants/fast food in walking distance of the hotels on this little strip, I believe they have the best culmination of food/value/service overall and certainly the only one worth going to on that side of the street. (not counting the Thai place behind the hotels, not technically on 66, I...
Read moreI AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED & HORRIFIED!!! I used to support this Arby's on Andy Devine in Kingman, but I cannot any longer!!! Their compromise and succumbing to employees wearing masks again is an Outrage!!.. I used to eat here at least once a week because they were an American company with values, the place was always packed because of such great service and great atmosphere. I WALKED IN TODAY, WONDERING WHY IT WAS SO BARE & Quiet. When I got to the counter, every employee had a mask on!! Their HORRIFIED faces lost their smiles, their voices muffled under lack of oxygen. I was deeply saddened and disappointed that such an amazing place was now a place of tolerance. We are all trying to get pass this Pandemic, and for Arby's to limit the Natural Immunity process, is down right dangerous!!! Because of such bad decisions made, I cannot, will not support such absurd behavior!!..In fact, I hope their sales are reflected to the lowest profits/revenue its ever been!! It seems the only way corporations learn is when it directly affects their wallets!! So Long Arby's!! You once...
Read morePlaced an order a few days ago with an online app when we went to pick it up the complete order was wrong and they forgot part of the order I called them back the person on duty named Roslyn was gracious enough to replace the meal that was missing at another date. My son said the order got messed up because a manager that was on duty when he went to pick it up was rushing the employees on all the orders and they shoved it out the door that way. So a day later I had returned to pick up my husband's order that was forgotten (never mind the mistakes that were made on my meal.)And that very same management was there and I seen for myself her behaviors and understood why her employees would get confused and flustered with her demeaning them in front of customers. Was not impressed with management that was there at that time. This manager is responsible for the poor customer service and...
