Gee whiz… where do I even begin to start about this atrocious experience? I was driving down the freeway hadn’t eaten breakfast or lunch approaching 5 PM On my way down to Florida, was a little hangry…. I was craving a Chick-fil-A Cobb salad and lo and behold. I saw the sign decided to drive off about 20 minutes out of my way w heinous trafficto go get said salad. I got to the drive-through and immediately started to get a little bit worried - the normal looking wholesome Chick-fil-A workers that I usually run into just didn’t look quite the same. They were a little rough around the edges….not smiling at all. But whatever I just needed a salad. I give the kid my USUAL ORDER… The one that I’ve ordered at HUNDREDS of Chick-fil-A’s across the country with absolutely ZERO problem ever…. A Cobb salad no corn extra lettuce seems pretty simple, right?? He has to check with his manager, who says no we cannot do extra lettuce. I assume this is a mistake that these little kids just don’t know what they’re doing so I figure I’ll just pull up to the window and get an adult manager to Throw a few extra pieces of lettuce on the dang salad. Another kid comes out with the dirtiest glasses I’ve ever seen in my life and tells me that he’s the manager and that no they cannot put any extra lettuce on my salad. I said why and he said we have to be able to close the lid and I said weLL just put as much lettuce as you can to close to still be able to close the lid. He proceeded to tell me that corporate would not allow him to do that and that there was no way he could charge me extra and that they had a line that they had to fill it up to. I said, can you just sub the corn with a little extra lettuce then? No he says they cannot. I gave him a little peptalk about how being a manager is making small accommodations for customers that aren’t a really, really big deal to your company but really huge to your customer… in the middle of this, the initial “manager“ who was outside at the drive-through came up to my vehicle as if she was trying to start a fistfight. Then began to film because I wanted to be safe. Then another woman young lady I should say possibly probably a girl told me that if I didn’t leave, she would be calling the police. Then when I drove away finally after I was finished discussing whether or not I could get extra lettuce all of the 25 useless child employees Did high-fives and started Clapping & cheering. I did not end up getting a salad by the way because of principal also this place is completely disgustingly dirty. If you’re driving down the interstate, I’d definitely skip it. This is not the Chick-fil-A that Youre used to.
BTW I did speak to corporate, and they said that they do not have any rules about adding a few pieces of...
Read moreBeen kinda putting this review off because I do love me some Chick-fil-A, and I’ve tried this location several times hoping experiences were kind of a fluke, but they don’t seem to be.
Drive-Thru is almost always on pointe! Every once in awhile we have a minor issue with our order, but it’s pretty rare.
The major issue is Dine In service. We’ve done both mobile app to dine in, mobile app for dining room pickup, and waiting in line to order. The majority of the staff encountered inside seem reluctant to be there, seem to try to avoid customers, most priority of attention seems to goto drive thru, and I don’t think we saw but one staff member smile on each visit. Our orders are usually correct and food delicious, but the service just floors me. And it gets noisy inside. The trash cans can be overflowing quickly during the rushes too. I don’t know what their processes are, but was caught off guard once when we went to throw stuff away: one trash can was overflowing so we went to the other, but then realize there wasn’t a trash can in it to throw anything away. The gentleman had pulled out the internal can and taken it to the back. Seems like that process could result in some big messes to clean up.
Trying to get refills during any busy time is a joke because you have to goto the counter and wait for staff to acknowledge you. My mobile pickup order once totally forgot my drinks, just handed me my bag of food and disappeared. I stood there waiting at the same spot, trying to be patient, making eye contact since I didn’t want to yell across the counter. Finally did get someone’s attention, told him I was missing drinks, he disappeared to the back and several minutes later finally someone else approached me because I was clearly exasperated by this whole thing, and she started making my drinks right then at the front counter. Meanwhile this whole time the two cashiers had been ignoring and avoiding eye contact with EVERY customer on the end counter, and the one making drinks at the end counter was also avoiding and would quickly walk away soon as someone approached.
So we’re done with dealing with inside. If we get Chick-fil-A at this location again, it’ll be via drive thru since that seems to be their...
Read moreWe moved here a couple months ago and have always frequented Chick-fil-a. However, this location has ruined the experience for us. Every single time we’ve been here, we have received bad service.
We’ve never been to such a slow CFA before. Every single time we come here, it takes at least 30-45 minutes to get through the drive thru.
There’s no point in ordering curbside pick up through the app because you just have to get in the drive thru anyways and it ends up taking just as long.
There have been multiple times where my fry containers have only been filled half way and I’ve taken photos for evidence each time. I had a free large fry that basically went to waste because the amount of fries they gave me were more like a medium.
The cashier forgot to use my free sandwich reward once and it took an embarrassingly long amount of time for the employees to figure out that they just had to refund the sandwich to me in order to fix the problem.
Most chick-fil-a’s utilize the 2 drive thru lanes to pick up orders or to at least give space to get out of the drive thru if you receive your food before the car in front of you. Instead, the 2 drive thru lanes have to merge after ordering and then the lane is completely after order because the cars don’t merge in the correct order. There have been multiple times that I have received my food but had to wait 20 more minutes to get out of the drive thru because there was no way to get around the cars in front of me.
We have never experienced problems like this at any other chick-fil-a. This location desperately needs to get it together and follow a better drive they system. We were so excited to live 5 minutes away from a chick-fil-a but now we’ve been avoiding going because it’s just so...
