Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Kingsland

Even though I gave a good rating, I must say I did have an issue with my order. I ordered a wings and things then I asked for a traditional wings meal. When I got home, I was given 2 wings and things and no wings meal!! I was charged for both orders of wings and things so I didn't call the store back. When I went to eat my meal, the fries were very soggy and the chicken fingers were cooked too dry and hard to eat!! Better attention needs to be given to the cooking of the food and what is served to the customers. Overall our store is good.

We'll tonight I went into the store and ordered, boneless wings and things and a 5pc traditional Wings meal. The female at the register was not very customer oriented!! I told her thanks for taking my order and she said "Yeah yeah!" Then dismissed me and went to the next customer as I was still standing there!! I just prayed for her! You never know what she have going on. 🙏🏾🙏🏾. On my drive home, I decided to eat one of the 5pc traditional wings. To my behold , it was NOT a traditional wing!! It was a chicken finger disguised as a bone in wing 🍗!! I definitely did not expect that!! How could one mistake a chicken finger for a bone in wing?? 🤔 And the fries were cold and little burnt .. small end of the batch pieces!! Quality of food served tonight not good! This is not the norm for this location.

The food is always DELICIOUS. The service is always super friendly, and the place is casual and clean. I will be keep coming to this Zaxby’s location. They’ve got a regular customer here!

Every time I come here, I get friendly service, whether I’m dining in or going through drive-thru. It’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants right now, because the food comes out quick, and has been consistently good.

I usually order the traditional Wings & Things with buffalo garlic blaze as my wing sauce, and it’s super tasty. Love that sauce! I also love the Zax sauce. Seriously, can’t get enough. Every time I’ve been here, my chicken tenders and fries are fried to perfection. And everything tastes great!

I’ve tried the fried pickles as well, and they’re really tasty with ranch. I’ve also tried the fried cheddar bites, but I didn’t really like them. Zaxby’s ice is my favorite! I also always request all flats for my wings and have never had a problem with that special request.

The dining area has plenty of booths for guest. It’s a super casual vibe and the restaurant and restrooms are clean.

Like I said, I will definitely be returning to this location when I’m in need of a quick meal and craving for some yummy chicken. I recommend...

My younger daughter and I were in Zaxby's Drive Thru when it started to just pour down rain. The Drive Thru Employee was a teenage boy. He was very nice and greeted me professionally. When he gave me my debit card back, he accidentally dropped it, and I reassured him it was okay, I wasn't upset or anything. I opened my door up as much as I could but I couldn't see my card but I could see a puddle was forming around my tires. I was about to pull up and jump out and fish it from the puddle when he said, "I'll come out and get it for you!"

And this teenage boy, came out in the rain, got my card, gave it to me, and was just wonderfully pleasant throughout it all, even though it was raining pretty heavily and he did this with a positive attitude the whole time.

I didn't catch his name. But whoever raised him, they did a fine job. I wish him the best in all his endeavors.
