Arby's — Restaurant in Kingsport

We stopped by Arby's on Stone drive in kingsport last evening to get some sandwiches. The lobby was lit and the door unlocked so we went in and were immediately stopped by three different employees telling us that the dinning room was closed because they were short staffed and seemed to be angry that we had walked inside . We were then told that we could drive around and order so upon driving around the building we came across three of their employees outside with their headsets on hanging around a vehicle talking and smoking cigarettes so we were able to see for ourselves just why they were short handed however we still don't understand why the other employees came at us the way they did. It wasn't our fault that half of their crew was hanging out outside and not inside doing their job's. We spent over 50.00 and when we got home with our food the curley fries were so hard from being over cooked that we couldn't eat them so that ended up being 12 to 15 dollars wasted on those. It was just an all around bad experience for us at this particular location. I think it will be awhile before we visit this restaurant again maybe they will hire some better help that knows how to treat...

Do not get the boneless wings. The wings are more bread than chicken & the Buffalo sauce tasted like it had some type of cleaner in it. I thought I smelled it as I was taking a bite but proceeded anyway and immediately spit it out. I wasn't even given a receipt or the option to not take it, at least with the receipt I could have asked for it to be remade or replaced. I still wouldn't trust that sauce with that smell/taste though. I went through the drive thru so I mistakenly thought the receipt was in the bag. I was wrong. I used to know I could eat clean at this location but not so much anymore, unless you count the chemicle cleaner taste from the wings Buffalo sauce. Food was below avrage. It had been a long time since dinning inside. Ask who looled to be a male mannager about a item on menus he never answer other, he shurged his shoulders. Team leader Tommyie however stated. It wasnt for her, however she did describe the sandwich. I feel she did an exelent job. Upon sitting down I noticed the place is in desperate maintenance. Sandwiches were inconsistent we both had beef and cheader one was bigger than other I felt mine was not as hot as should be. I feel this location could be better managed. Mannager is layed back with a no worries attitude. Heaveyset guy no nametag . tommie however was verry helpful. Didnt complain just got a milkshake on the way out if not for tommyie probably would...
