I used to really appreciate Freddy's commitment to allergy safety for my kids, but today this location was a sad disappointment.
I tried to understand how they knew what types of allergies my kids had when the ticket only said Allergy. They assured me the lady would use a fresh scoop for each order.
However, I observed her using the same scoop from the dirty water for the concrete for my allergy order as she had just used on my other son's non allergy order. After, seeing she was doing nothing to prevent cross contamination, I became concerned about the safety and requested to the manager that they cancel my order and give me a refund.
The lady overheard me and turned around demanding that I tell her what she was doing wrong. I was appaled by the her behavior. She continued to demand that her manager told her to do it that way.
I explained that did not matter. Her manager is not my concern. The safety and health of my children is what matters.
She also wanted me to tell her what type of allergies my kids had and how bad they were. Again, that doesn't matter. If they are allergic then does it matter what the reaction is? Who is she to determine whether my kids risk isn't worth the precaution?
To top it off, The acting manager made no apologies whatsoever for her behavior or for the unclean conditions or lack of precautuon in making the ice creams.
I had to repeat 3-4 times that I wanted a refund before she made her way to the register to issue it.
I tried to be discreet at first so as not to make a scene, but this employees rude and loud behavior created a huge scene.
I have every right to protect my kids and if I feel your service isn't satisfactory, I owe you no...
Read moreEvery experience I’ve ever had at Freddy’s has been absolutely PHENOMENAL. Especially the service from the two workers Phoebe and Paige. Just mind-boggling amazing, I can’t even express to everyone how fantastic the service and food is. The bathroom smelled LOVELY and the toilet paper was sooo soft. My chicken was was delicious and crispy, cooked to perfection. The company from the employees was excellent. If there was a sixth star to press up there, I WOULD PRESS IT because oh ma goodness I still can’t comprehend how positively splendid my food is when I eat there. The custard that Phoebe made was just yum-yum nummy. Paige made the most scrumdiddlyumptious fries I’ve EVER eaten in ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING ON THIS EARTH. Ugh, so good. Paige also made the most mouth-watering pup up for my dog, like he was drooling the entire way home because of this delectable little cup of goodness. I don’t think he saw me, but I snuck a lil taste (it was like a party in my mouth). The dining room was exquisite, mm mm mmm. I also enjoyed Paige’s melodious voice calling for orders, it was ALMOST as good as the marvelous playlist that they play in there. The spectacularly irresistible aroma of onion rings just hits you in the face and you quite literally cannot resist them (I don’t even like onion rings but geez). Don’t cheat yourself, TREAT yourself to this masterpiece of a restaurant. Sincerely, Freddy’s...
Read moreI’ve got so many things I want to say I hope I don’t run out of characters. Let me start by saying that because of dietary issues, the only thing in your restaurant my wife can have is the frozen custard. We don’t get anything but that, and since it’s one of your signature items, it should be available anytime you’re open. Over the last week, on two occasions I went to your drive thru to get vanilla custard and after waiting in an unescapable line we’re told you are out of vanilla. But you always have chocolate, which doesn’t work for us. Vanilla is OBVIOUSLY way more popular, so why don’t you make more vanilla than chocolate??? For tonight’s experience, we called your store before we got in the drive thru line to make sure you had the vanilla we wanted. We were told vanilla was available, so we waited in the long drive thru line only to get to the speaker and be told you were out again! There is no way to exit your drive thru if you don’t have what we wanted, but there was only one car behind me and I was able to get out before I got stuck in there for no reason. When you run out of something, knowing there is no exiting the drive thru line, why don’t you put a sign out there where the line starts so we don’t waste our time and get trapped? We usually don’t have a problem at your restaurant until the last couple of visits. Please do something...
