Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kingsport

After a mess up on my Fri order I came bk Sat with my receipt to ask for 1 pizza to be remade. But couldn't find my receipt when I walked in and girl can't help me. That's ok, I understood. But, I find my receipt today that had fallen into door pocket behind mail, so I called and spoke to Mngr Brandon, explained, and he sd "No Prob", he'll redo the pizza! He did a ham & pinapple, even added extra cheese! And it's not overdone! I love soft & gooey pizza. So good! What's strange is I had the receipt in my hand when I called. I go in to pickup the pizza and realized I left the receipt on the seat, sd "Honestly, I have the receipt, I'll run bk out and grab it". He sd NP. I offered 2 more times, and he sd it wasn't necessary, he believed me! (Being on a cane from bad knees, I really don't enjoy making extra trips bk& forth to my truck, but was more than willing since it was my fault I forgot it.) So I'm glad I looked like a honest person and he took the chance to believe me. This isn't a big deal to some ppl and at some businesses they make it a big deal insisting you do 3things, call bk asap to say you have a problem with your order, save the food and bring it all back With the receipt! And then they'll remake your 1 item!

They have some of the best deals on pizza around. I like them every more than some of the other big name pizza restaurants in my area. For five dollars you can't go wrong I promise you. They are always offering new pizza deals so it also let's you switch up your regular pizza choice. I think this week they have a new bacon and pepperoni pizza for their pizza deal. Little Caesar's has my vote for cheapest and better pizzas around town thanks y'all keep up the great work out shining pizza hut and making my wallet stay a little fatter you guys rock. Their staff has always been polite and nice. They have great employees and a wonderful delivery service. The pizza is got and fresh and ready for you when you walk through the door. Terrible. I go here and there's a 30 min wait on a pepperoni pizza. So I first ordered a pep pizza, a cheese bread and a cinnamon bite thing. Well I wait 20 min for them to tell me that they are out of the cinnamon bites. And I wait a total of 45 min on a pizza and a cheese bread. And when they told me they were out of the cinnamon things. Well they offered me another cheese bread and I said ok that's fine and when my order comes up there's two pizzas and a cheese bread and I said umm I said another cheese bread not a pizza and I they said " oh I'm sorry" they don't even opoligize to give the cheese bread they just walk...
