So I decided I wanted to order a pizza. I called Papa Johns because every time I try and order online from this location it is a 2 hour wait (and you don't find out until its too late to cancel) and that wouldn't work for me. An employee answered the phone rather quickly and asked me if I could hold, I said yes. 10 mins later no one had gotten back to me. I decided I would get in the car and just go pick one up. I left my phone on just to see how long it would take. I arrived at Papa Johns with 20 mins gone by on hold. Low and behold when I arrived there was not a single person in line or waiting and there was not a single employee on a phone. I thought, well maybe they just cleared out the crowd. So I hung up while walking through the door and places my order in person. The kid came to the register with his visor on backwards and little pony tail sticking out on top and half heartedly asked me what he could get me, I had to bite my tongue because becauseof his disinterest. I stepped to the side after I placed my order. 5 mins later the phone rings (1st time since I entered and I'm still the only customer). The employee walks over to the phone, immediately ask the customer to hold, puts the phone down, and walks to the back. I left the store 20 mins later and not one employee came back to the phone. There were no orders on the rack and it was very slow. The employees seemed like they were very disinterested in earning their living. Lesson being if you call don't allow them to place you on hold, they're just goofing off, if you place an order online expect 2 hour waits, and if you make through all those hurdles and end up with a pizza, most of my experiences have been subpar. This is the only Papa Johns location I have experienced this with and I've lived all...
Read moreGot take-out and when we got home there were two big problems. Our large pizza had no toppings on it despite the ticket on the side labeling it as half beef/half pepperoni. The wings were the most piss-poor excuse for wings I've ever seen and I love trying boneless wings from different places. Looked NOTHING like the ads for the wings. They resembled the kind of wings bought from a grocery store with barely any sauce drizzled on.
Then comes fixing the pizza...what a POOR excuse for customer service. Assistant Manager on the night of 5/13/24 was completely rude over the phone and then had the audacity to be rude again to my mother when she arrived back at the store. Waving his finger in her face, acting as if he's doing US the favor by remaking the pizza when we asked what they're going to do about fixing this problem..."Weeell, I'll remake the pizza for you and that's it!". Then, also demanded the incorrect pizza back. I've worked pizza places and it's VERY common to let the customers just keep the wrong one, because A. you can't serve it and have to throw it away since it's been in someone's home, opened, and possibly touched, and B. IT'S THE NICE THING TO DO!!! Go to "Pal's" fast food down the street and not only do they let you keep the wrong order, they remake the food, AND sometimes give you the money back too just for the trouble (we didn't ask for this, just giving an example how how to treat the customer when you mess up). We asked for nothing special and the Assistant Manager was nothing but indignant and rude.
Do not recommend. Won't EVER be back to this location. Take your...
Read more04 01 22 we ordered 2 pizzas and drove to pickup. when we arrived they turned box away from me and said oops we have a broke garlic butter. they took pizza and placed in a new box and put in a new garlic butter. We drove home and when we arrived we opened pizza and the one the fixed had a soggy corner, so we opened the other one and it looked like they threw it one way then another. Picture enclosed. I called them and the girl that fixed first one said sorry and I must have dropped it on way home, also could have been thrown from seat, which made me angry. She then asked if i want a manager, yes I said. He said what did I want. I repeated story. he was rude and short with me and said "and?". I asked what he meant and he said well since I couldn't prove it was damaged to drive it back and they would look at it and then i could wait while they make another. I said I was 20 minutes away and did not want to spend $10 in gas and an hour and a half more time for a $10 pizza. I was only wanting a sincere apology or maybe some discount on a future purchase. I told him since he didn't want to help or admit a mistake I would go on Facebook and google and write this story. To customers out there, I recommend doing business with places who still believe the customer is important and take pride in there work. I ended up with a 1/4 soggy pizza and one pre chewed. PS the one damaged one was cut with 3 humongous slices and 3 or 4 baby slices instead of even triangles. Thanks Papa John for hiring such competent people with...
