Today we arrived at your store in Kingsport Tennessee on stone drive at 8:40 pm. Our party consisted on myself my husband and our three kids ages 7 8 & 6 months. We were seated by 8:45. We were told they had to go find us menus and would be back. At 9:20 our waitress approached asking if we were ready to order. We still at this point had not received a menu. She left to find us menus as soon as she came back we were handed the menus and asked for our drink order and appetizers so I tried to hurry and look it over. We were informed the grill was broken so we could only order breaded items. So at this point it is already 9:40 and I wanted to leave but every other restaurant was closing soon so we stayed. After placing our appetizer order we waited until 10:00 before she came back to ask for our order and we still had not received our drinks silverware or appetizers. Another waiter approached us at 10:30 informing us he would be taking over our table and that the waitress we had was having issues all night. He went to locate our food to find it all sitting in the window cold so it had to be remade. Our appetizers were brought out at 10:45 followed by half our food. At this point my kids had been asleep laying their heads on the table since 10:04. My husband was beyond fed up at this point the manager never approached us to apologize for sitting in his restaurant for so long with no food. My husband had to track him down. Then he only removed 18$ from our 80$ check. After tracking the manager down we requested the rest of our food be brought out in boxes and more boxes be brought out for the appetizers we had just received. We paid and left at 11:00. This is the worst service I have ever received. We are regulars at this location and love it normally. I'm not sure if we will ever return after this encounter. And I also just want to note that the restaurant was dead maybe 6-7 tables in use if that. And to top it off I got home at 11:40 opened my food to eat it since they boxed it fresh from kitchen for me and it was completely wrong so still didn't get to eat even after all that time and money. I have attached a photo of my sleeping children so you can see the pain you caused them.

Proceed to order!That went well minus the waitress not being familiar with the menu,Finally just before we got our food about 20 minutes later 1* for that speedy delivery a separate waitress screams there's ants everywhere the same area our plates came from for our covered cheesey tots!! which that's were my second and last star* come in,food a little heat lamp warm that's it,my daughter's burger looked like chunks of meat on a bun,my sandwich looked like a lettuce an shrimp wrestling match exploded 2xs,so they give me an my my daughter food,nothing for my wife,15-20 min later she gets her food,(Oh she forgot the manager says) ok.... So manager comes out apologies comps the meal cool guy even gave us a dessert to go,at least he was professional not just for the meal but I've delt with aholes in management,in similar situations,so finishing up our meal the waitress an hostess proceed. To spray disinfectant cleaner all around the area were the ants have been located,at that point it was beyond time to go! So FYI go for beer and lots of TV's!

He advised that he couldn’t do anything about my drink but he could offer me free food. I advised I didn’t want food from a place that I just saw roaches at and he didn’t seem too concerned about a review for having roaches at his location. I understand beer can’t be free but when it cost me not being able to eat at the restaurant that I chose, that’s is a disgrace. The manager out of all people should know that cleaner should be used after smashing a roach on the bar where I am sitting. DISGUSTING!!!

Never going to Buffalo Wild Wings again. Apparently the manager at this location has better things to do than talk to customers who call complaining about their order/experience.

My order was supposed to be ready by 6:00 p.m. tonight. I walked out of there closer to 6:20 because they were still working on it when I arrived at 6:08. Here I was worried about running late due to traffic. It even said it was ready for pick up well before I arrived. The lady explained that they bumped it so it said it was ready even though it wasn’t. I only got this explanation because I watched her dig through the other orders and go back to the kitchen multiple times trying to figure out what was going on.

I watched the lady looking for/handling my order lick her fingers and then touch other people’s orders while trying to find mind. No sanitizing, no hand washing in between. COVID or not, that’s pretty disgusting, even if it is just receipts and bags she’s touching.

They forgot the large fry that was included in my order.

I asked for no salt on the fries included with the kids meal. I sneaked a few after getting home and they had definitely had salt on them.

When you order online and select Buffalo, it says medium dry seasoning. It doesn’t say wet rub. It doesn’t say sauce. It says medium dry seasoning. I always order Buffalo online and have never had a problem. The boneless wings in my order that were selected for the Buffalo dry seasoning were a wet rub. The explanation I got was when you order online they default to a wet rub because they have no way of telling. Due to it being an online order. I’m sorry, what?

When I called to complain about all of these things I was definitely already annoyed. The lady who I spoke with offered to get the manager for me to talk to. Though I never got to talk to the manager, it was just a cycle of her putting me on hold and then coming back and telling me what the manager said they’re going to do.

The managers solution? Give me a gift card for the fries. At that point that poor lady had to deal with the full force of my bad attitude because I was mad by then. I can’t imagine a restaurant that has a manager too busy to talk to a customer and after all that their solution is to reimburse me for the large...

I give two stars, one for cleanliness and the second for friendliness. I could not however find it within me to give a star for service, price or taste. Let me explain. We arrived on a early Sunday evening around 6-7pm. The restaurant was quite deserted with maybe 4 other tables. Our waitress had one other table besides us who were already working on their meal. After taking our order we finally received our food approximately 27 minutes later. I ordered street tacos as my meal but with steak instead of chicken for a $5 up charge. I asked for lettuce, cheese & sour cream and no pico. Instead I received three tacos with beef ( as in Hamburg) on three tacos with nothing else on them. There was however pico on the side which I had said I didn’t want. She quickly put our food down and ran off to get napkins & silverware. However she forgot until about 5minutes later when she returned at which time I asked for lettuce, cheese & sourcream. She informed me there would be an up charge for these items as well. We did not see her again for 12 minutes when she returned with the lettuce, sc, & ch and to check on us. By this time it had been almost an hour from when we ordered & everybody else had been eating for about 17 minutes. By this time my steak (Hamburg) was cold but it was all I had gotten so I kept quiet and ate it. It was also my sons 19th birthday dinner and he asked me not to make a complaint, so I did not. When we ordered, my husband had asked for bq sauce on his burger. My son had also asked for one of his wings (out of 15) to have adobo sauce so he could give it a try for next time. When it came time for the bill I noticed that there was a shoe rate charge for my lettuce, cheese & sour cream along with a separate charge for the tablespoon of bq sauce for my husbands burger and a separate charge for one wing having a different sauce then the others. Not only that but when we were told refills were free, somebody forgot to mention that the lemonade refil was not free which I then found out when I saw a $7 charge for 2 lemonades. Our bill with tip came out to over $90 which I paid completely for even though I only got three cold tacos, but I still kept quiet for my son. However he didn’t say I couldn’t post a review! This place needs to be inspected by the health department and fined for the many violations in plain site or shut down before someone gets sick. Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately and replaced with someone who knows how to run a decent eating establishment. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. Walked in, it was practically empty except for the outside seating. ALL booths and most tables were empty but still covered in dishes/food/filth. The whole entire restaurant looked as if a tornado hit, food and trash on the floors etc... They wanted to seat us at one of the only tables that was cleared but we told them we would prefer a booth. The rude hostess said no, their waitstaff was too busy to clean any of them. THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE IN THE RESTAURANT.... Meanwhile ALL she did while we were there was stare at her phone or the tvs while leaning up against the room divider. She definitely could have been clearing and cleaning tables, cleaning the restroom etc. We told them we would be happy to wait for a booth and she stomped off, came back 10 mins later and sat us at a booth that had the dishes cleared but not wiped down. It was a sticky mess but we didn't complain. It took forever for our waitress to come take our drink order and again the restaurant was almost empty so she was not overly busy waiting on tables. I went to use the restroom and it was worse than the filth out in the restaurant. 2 of the stalls had overflowing toilets filled with paper and poo. THE TOPPER WAS THE ROACH CRAWLING ON THE FLOOR!! I didn't complain, just asked for the bill and a box to put the food I didn't touch in to bring home for the dogs. I even felt bad for offering it to my dogs y'all. I had to ask 3 times for our bill, told her we were paying cash and she disappeared yet again and I had to grab another waitress to go get her so I could give her the money. I was not going to leave $80 cash on the table for someone to take and then accuse us of not paying. I handed her the money directly, it even included a tip for her just in case she was having a bad or off night. However, there is no excuse for the poor, filthy conditions of the restaurant or for having ROACHES. Health departments nightmare...
