Tonight was my first time at this place. Very nice place. I had the white bean stew at the restaurant. The food was below average and I was giving a dessert size plate with the rice and no serving plate to eat so I had to the small plate to eat. You can see the pictures
The service was below average. I did not see my server after the food was served and I sat for a while after I was done for someone to actually bring me the other carry out order which was a donor sandwich.
I was surprised when I got home that they use the cheapest containers for their to go orders. Have not seen a restaurant using them in years. These are the old style Chinese food containers???
My donor sandwich had little meat but so much greens. The bread was the worst as it can't even hold the sandwich and I had to just break it and eat it in bites. Now the donor meat was very good but sadly there was not much of it there.
The lemonade tasted as it came from a source da machine not freshly made Lemonade.
I feel 3 stars is fair. They need to hire a professional floor manager. They did not even ask if I want a dessert and they did not even know when I walked out. The place was 80 percent empty too so what they are going to do with a full house. ?
I may go back and try it again...
Read moreCafe Sabah in Kirkland has quickly become a go-to spot for my family, and for good reason. The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into an open, modern space that feels both inviting and comfortable. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance of casual and stylish—ideal for a family meal, date night, or catching up with friends.
The service is consistently excellent. The servers are warm, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home. The owner, too, goes out of their way to connect with guests, which adds such a personal touch to the dining experience.
The menu offers a wonderful variety of freshly prepared, home-style dishes. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the portion sizes are just right—satisfying without being overwhelming. My littles can’t get enough of the lentil soup, French fries, and rice, and the best part is always finishing the meal with their delicious ice cream.
Cafe Sabah has become a special place for us, not just for the food, but for the welcoming atmosphere and the people behind it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers on flavor,...
