Emerald City Smoothie — Restaurant in Kirkland

I visited this location a few days ago and ordered a mango mania smoothie. It's been so hot these past days, so I was really craving a cold refreshing smoothie. Lucky for me, the employee working there was so kind and quickly made the smoothie which tasted fantastic. Even though she was working by herself during a busy part of the day she still managed to help me pick which smoothie I should get, and her service and kindness is something I will never forget. Hope, peace and joy is all I feel when I come here. If I had the money I literally would get a smoothie everyday, and I do have the money, so I come here everyday. Sophia is the absolute best. We were having a party and she made us like 12-14 smoothies and was so fun to talk with and had such a great energy. She is why people love coming here. And don't get me started on Camilla, she's a smoothie magician, she probably could do her job blindfolded and on stilts and not miss a beat. EDIT: In response to the owner's reply: We were there at 4:30pm, you can literally see when the review was posted.

Drove 20 mins to get to this location, which said it was open. When I got there (nearly 2 hours before closing time) a rude teenager said he decided to close early because of "no customers". (He was just on his phone)

Looking at other reviews looks like this is a recurring issue the owner claims to have fixed, but it definitely hasn't been. Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars, but...
