Title: A Flavorful Delight! Five Stars for Panda Express in the USA!
Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express in the USA, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that left me craving for more. From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of the wok-fired dishes filled the air, setting the stage for a memorable meal.
The first thing that struck me was the friendly and efficient staff. They greeted me with warm smiles, took my order promptly, and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate any special requests.
Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Panda Express surpassed all my expectations with their delectable offerings. Each dish was bursting with flavors that took my taste buds on an exciting journey. From the classic Orange Chicken, which was perfectly crispy and tangy, to the savory Beijing Beef, every bite was a treat.
What impressed me most was the quality of the ingredients used. The vegetables were fresh, vibrant, and cooked to perfection, adding a delightful crunch to the dishes. The portions were generous, ensuring that I left feeling fully satisfied.
The menu at Panda Express is diverse, catering to a range of palates. Whether you prefer spicy Kung Pao Chicken or the comforting Chow Mein, there is something for everyone. They also offer a selection of lighter options, such as the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, which was a pleasant surprise for those seeking a healthier alternative.
The cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant were top-notch. The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The staff promptly cleared tables, maintaining a tidy environment throughout my visit.
Overall, Panda Express in the USA exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The friendly staff, incredible flavors, and variety of menu options make it a must-visit destination for anyone craving delicious Chinese cuisine. I wholeheartedly give Panda Express a five-star rating and eagerly anticipate my next visit to indulge in their...
Read moreI ordered uber delivery, not only did they miss every single one of my sauces but also missed my rangoons (large order) and an entire bigger plate of food. My dad didn’t get any of his food… lived a little too far to go at like 8:30 pm to go get it. Then I got a refund through uber, called panda to explain my issue and why I’m really upset (my dad literally didn’t have dinner and had to share other people’s food) and the phone rang TWENTY TIMES before somebody answered. The manager was BEYOND RUDE, didn’t say sorry my dad couldn’t eat his dinner and we didn’t have other items. The manager basically told me I was out of luck, in other words, and to take it up with Uber. THIS IS THE WORST PANDA because not only did this happen but there was zero apology, zero acknowledgement of my issue. If I could rate this panda, and that manager, a zero star review I would. From the looks of things, this isn’t their first angry complaint. I never write reviews like this, I tend to let it go and not complain but when my dad’s food, my large Rangoon and all of our sauces are missing and nobody picks up the phone then the manager is insanely rude about it…. I’m never ordering from this panda again. Helpful hint, you...
Read moreTL;DR: just your average PE, though I think they may need some extra help during peak times.
I think this goes without saying but PE is heavily Americanized Chinese food. It is not authentic -- it's overly flavored, yet it tastes good when you crave it.
Parking: shared lot.
Menu: posted on the wall behind the counter, self explanatory. For some reason this location only serves Green Bean Chicken every now and then and it's not a consistent menu item.
Service: no drive thru option available at this location. Order at the counter starting on the right side and pay at the far left. I went during peak time and the queue was quite long. It seems like the servers were overwhelmed with online orders and filling a few of those first before getting to those of us in line. It was about a 15 minute wait for me, and I was 6th in line to order in a line of 15+ people that spilled out the front door.
Kung Pao Chicken: got it for the first time and is spicier than I expected. My tastebuds were violated, haha. I can't handle spice at all -- spice wusses like...
