For as long as my fiance and I are regular customers at Wendy's. Never have I experienced an attitude from a team member named Carina. She was rushing me & my fiance of what I wanted to order, not only that when I got done and proceeded my fiance and I went to pay for our biggie bag. Carina had a bad customer service attitude, handing my fiance his debit/credit card back. When my fiance was busy and did not see her handing him the card back. Carina then slammed my fiance card right at the window seal of the drive threw and walked away. Another team member then handed our order politely along with our card back respectfully. I pray the owner and management see what type of worker he/she has working at this Kirkland location. If you're not happy with your position/job, why work and serve customers with a bad attitude?
UPDATE: On 2/18/2024 @ approximately 12:24am my fiance and I returned back to the Totem Lake wendys as told to do so from Matt M, the District Manager. I thought returning back things would be better getting compasated due to a bad customer service. When my fiance and I returned, we asked for management, which was Rae'von, that was on shift. Explaining my situation of past visits with an employee and I got an email from the district manager from Matt, the meal would be in the house. Unfortunately, it was never resolved from the manager Rae'von. I get it she is young and had an attitude rolling her eyes and verbally stating to me and my fiance, "SORRY WE DON'T DO FREE MEALS HERE AND I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING SO I CAN'T HELP YOU!" While manager is rolling her eyes. Come on, be professional and handle a situation better, and explain more of what else I'll have to show proof of other than my email from Matt M. I don't feel comfortable returning back to this wendys location, not only the co-workers but also the manager Rae'von needs to be retrained. Whoever trained you all, you all made your trainer look bad. It's a shame how unprofessional you all are with a bad customer service attitude. I'm not a troublemaker, but I was once a manager and knew what good customer service look like. If ya'll don't like your job, why work and serve customers??? Isn't that what you all go through during a hiring process??? How will a response be dealing with a customer who was treated badly??? I work as a CNA and an officer position to help families even with difficult ones and still come professional to resolve an issue. I'm not judgemental, nor am I perfect at all. Everyone has issues, but it doesn't mean to take whatever your personal issues are. Take it out on the customers while at work. Leave your personal issues out of work and be more Jolly đ at work than a frown while working being unfriendly with poor...
Read moreIâve been coming to Wendyâs pretty often since I work on the offices next to it today was the first time in my life that I received the worst costume service ever and as an X Wendyâs employee, I can tell you that her customer service was unacceptable. The person began with not even a hi, nothing. She had a grumpy face like if she didnât want to be there When she handle me my good she didnât even say âhave a nice day hereâ or âhere is your Oderâ pretty much she just look at me w her straight face like if she was wanting me to get out of her face, she didnât say a single word when she gave me my food, all she did handle it to me with a straight face and close the window on me right away.
when I asked for my order I asked if they could please add about five packages of ghost pepper ranch, when I head to the window she just gave me my food didnât say anything with a straight face close the window when I look at my order, she only gave me two packages, one package of normal ranch and one of ghost pepperâŚ. I had to wait there for her to acknowledge me again and she open the window didnât say anything to me and I said â can I please have a few more packages of ghost pepper ranch?â and she just gave me two more and didnât say a word to me, she look at me with a straight face like if she was upsetâŚ.. itâs not like Iâm asking for free food. Iâm paying for my products, Iâm a customer and not acknowledging your customers, having a straight face like if you didnât wanna be there, is not ok⌠if youâre frustrated that is not the customerâs fault if Iâm being nice to you, if Iâm saying please and thank you and if I say hi to you, I feel like I should be getting that same nice treatment back because I could be also an asshole costumer just like you are being an asshole as a store associate âŚ.. and as I mentioned as an X Wendyâs employee, I got reviews when I worked at Wendyâs thanks to my great customer service and this person , I donât know whatâs the name of the drive tru girl that attended me today since Iâve never seen her beforeâŚ. I went to buy my food on a Sunday and she has blonde hair. I am pretty sure sheâs a Latina. Honestly, what a horrible customer service provided by her part, itâs the first time I come to buy food on a Sunday from Wendyâs and now I regret it.
hopefully this does not happen again and hopefully, she learns how to provide a good...
Read moreThey changed their fries and with all due respect they kind of tastes like garbage now I absolutely do not like them anymore they used to have the natural cut ones with the sea salt and just a little bit of Peel on it those are gone and replaced with something that doesn't even taste like potato. Also they sell you on these little mini keychains that are like a dollar or $5 whatever but for the whole year you get these little Junior miniature sized frosties, it's a good deal so I bought several of them in case my kids had friends over or we have the puppy in the car and whatnot however they're quite rude and sticklers about you can only use one per purchase. Which is a little silly because it's not like it's a whole lot of Frosty we're talking about maybe a third of a cup of Frosty they make them ahead of time so they literally just grab them out of the freezer and at what point is it going to be logical to make everybody's orders separately? The puppy always had a good time coming through and getting his own little ice cream. Just a bummer really because I don't even understand why the staff get snotty about it it's not like it's coming out of their paycheck it's not like they're going way out of their way to make a burger or anything like that they're literally opening a door grabbing a frosty maybe one or two and then adding it to the customer and saying have a great day thank you for your donation. Instead it's pretty disheartening to be met with attitude. And I will say that not every location is like that, so I don't want to pin them all in the same category but I would say it's easy to say 4/5 restaurants carry that same attitude at the drive-thru when getting the mini...
