Terrible Customer Service Experience at Supercuts Kirkland
Today I had an incredibly disappointing experience while trying to make a reservation at Supercuts Kirkland. The lack of customer service I encountered during my phone call left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
When I called Supercuts Kirkland to make a reservation, I expected to be greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality. The person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and unengaged right from the start. When asked if she can book an “appointment “ she said “only if you like! and its called reservation not appointment in a very degraded tone”
As I tried to explain my needs and inquire about available time slots, I encountered unhelpful responses and dismissive behavior. It felt as though my questions were a burden to the employee, and they showed no effort in accommodating my request.
In today's competitive market, exceptional customer service is crucial for any business to thrive. Unfortunately, my encounter with Supercuts Kirkland demonstrated a complete disregard for this principle. It is disheartening to see a business neglecting such a fundamental aspect of their operation, especially when they rely heavily on repeat customers.
I understand that a busy salon environment can be challenging to manage, but that should never be an excuse for poor customer service. It is essential for businesses like Supercuts Kirkland to invest in training their staff to handle customer inquiries professionally and respectfully, even during high-demand periods.
Based on my disappointing experience, I cannot recommend Supercuts Kirkland to others. It is evident that their customer service falls well below acceptable standards. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and sadly, that was not the case during my interaction with this establishment.

Read moreI had one haircut here in the past which went pretty well. However, please note that they only accept walk-ins and do not take appointments whatsoever. This was not clear to me based off of their werbsite, so I called to make an appointment for later in the week. I asked on the phone if they take appointments and clarified the time and date I was interested in, and the person I spoke with on the phone confirmed. When I showed up later in the week, the only stylist present told me they do not take appointments that are not same day because their reservation system physically isn't programmed for reservations, and that there was a 2 hour wait for walk-ins. I understand the location seems very understaffed with high demand. I would not mind if their website or the person I spoke to on the phone had clarified with me and explained they do not take appointments outside of same day reservations, and I had even clarified on the phone which day I was hoping to come in and they never once told me that only same day reservations were possible. Since this information wasn't communicated to me I was a little frustrated because I rearranged all my plans around what I thought was my appointment time. If any management reads this review, please consider hiring more stylists due to the heavy demand at this location in order to decrease wait times, and some training for employees answering phones and/or clear information about the reservation policy on the locations website would probably help clear up any miscommunications like this for...

I hadn't had a professional cut in 4 years because of pandemic and finances. So I've been cutting my own hair since but I know I'm not a professional.
Anyways I'm so glad to have been under the scissors with Samantha. She is a genuine person, incredibly relatable and comfortable to work with. Instantly I felt relief in her chair. I haven't felt healthy personally in a few years and neither was my hair. She took care of me. I was gonna dye my hair as soon as I got home but I can't stop playing with it and how healthy it feels.
