This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been at! Nobody helps you at the counter, so you have to use a credit card! You can't refill your soda... As much as a soda costs here and you can't even top it off a little bit if you run out???
Kind of baffled that my fries were cold because they were doing a massive amount of business, so everything should have been hot and fresh. I had to go inside because the lines were wrapped around the building.
While inside, there's nobody monitoring the dining room like a normal McDonald's. Normally the entire staff can see from the counter out. But no, there was nobody at the counter and the employees couldn't see the dining area so nobody did anything about all the teenagers running around barefoot which is disgusting!
I only came here because it is right next to my resort. Unfortunately, because of McDonald's opening directly next to a large resort it is now ruined traffic situation! The light that had to be put in because of McDonald's is just a hot mess.... constantly! It made that intersection 50 times worse! Read moreThis location is ridiculous. Not only do you need to wait a long time for your food, there is also no one at the front to help when they get your order wrong. They also don’t have a stand where you can get ketchup. We waited 25 min to get our food and they missed giving us the sauces for the chicken nuggets and also didn’t give us any ketchup or straws. When I went to speak to the staff about the missing sauces they were rude and told me I couldn’t come to the back but there was no one in the front that I could speak to. Management needs to talk to their employees about what good customer service is. They shouldn’t be rude when they have ppl waiting a long time to get their food. This location has screens for taking your order and you would think this would speed up the process of getting your food but it’s one of the slowest Mac Donald’s I’ve been to. Read moreI went to the counter to alert their staff that a urinal was overflowing. I said excuse me and a male manager looked directly at me and I repeated excuse me and waived. He looked me directly in the eyes and then slowly wandered away looking at other people working. I understand he might but have spoken English but he could have alerted someone who did that I need help. This issue is a little liability to McDonald's if someone slipped and fell. I then said excuse me again louder and alerted another staff member of the rudeness and of the issue. They seemed to understand but did not respond verbally. I then alerted the person who delivered my food she listened and said nothing in response and slowly walked away. I then asked another staff member to get me a manager. She came listened to my concern and offered a refund which I refused. I told her I just want someone to clean up the wet floor.
