The condo at Windsor Island was spacious, clean and easily accommodated my family of 11. We stayed in the same condo last year. We noticed that the pool was PACKED this year compared to last year. We had to start lining up as early as 9:15 am to get a spot at the pool (which opened at 10:00 am). We were told that the property has more than doubled in size since last year and they are still building more units. The management team informed us that in the future, they may have to turn people away from the pool or start using an app to reserve spots at the pool. We were very disheartened to hear that, as we thoroughly enjoy the pool. We were also a little frustrated with the pool and bar area closing at 6:00pm. The bar area, including the firepit and cornhole boards, would be AWESOME to hang out at in the evening while having drinks. Our biggest suggestion would be to have that area open later in the evening. We are sure that you would have enough patrons to make that financially worthwhile. We would love to stay at the property again, but will be checking into a few other resorts to see how their pool hours/accommodations compare, before making a decision. Read moreThe worst company to rent property with. The property was in unacceptable conditions, the property was to the point that we needed to spend the first night at a hotel. Before we even walked in the house, trash was piled up by the front door, walking in the front door, the AC unit on the second floor where all rooms are does not work, dirty towels found upon arrival, dirty sheets, beds were not made, bathrooms were not cleaned We talked with the manager and situation on the second day is not fixed completely yet, trash has now been rummaged by animals and is still sitting on the front porch, AC unit still does not work.The charged for heating the pool that was cold. We write this review for the people that are coming to his property Bella Vida IHR 1002. knows what to expect. By the way the manager never showed up, just answer our phone calls, our vacations were destroyed. They never put my name on the list for the property so I was not able to check in as security would not let us past the gate. We arrived aroynd 11pm and was unable to get ahold of them to correct their mistake as they do not answer calls past 10pm. After traveling from Michigan and with my oxygen dependent mother. I was forced to pay for an additional hotel room. I was then told they would allow a complimentary late check out as we had missed a part of our stay they then decided the night before check out that it could not be granted forcing us to waste the last night of our vacation frantically packing to be out in time.
