I stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting for my Lenscrafter's appointment a few doors down. Thankfully I had a whole hour to kill before my appointment because they are so slow it's almost comical. They will make you stand and wait for 20 minutes before ordering at the register while they fill and serve all the mobile orders first. It was like being trapped in a bad SNL skit. I stood at the register waiting to place my order while all these new people walked in the door to pick up their orders that were made on their phones. I would have done it myself, but I had just downloaded the app and it had a QR code that needed to be scanned at the register for free 10 piece nuggets so I was forced to order at the register. After waiting over 20 minutes to order while watching dozens of people come and go with their mobile pickup orders, it wasn't worth those free nuggets. If you pre order with your phone, you'll have a better experience. I tried on their in store Kiosks to order at first, but there was nowhere to scan the QR code. So Wendy's should add that to their kiosks so we can scan coupons while ordering on them. If you come here do NOT plan to order at the register unless you want to wait 20 or more minutes to order while watching others happily come and go with their food. I'm still giving it 2 stars because the food I got was good and the kid who took my order was nice and apologetic about the wait. Which makes me think management is making them take mobile orders over in store customers and that's so backwards. Good management will take care of in store customers before mobile orders or at least have a dedicated in store cashier for walk ins. But since I had an hour to kill before my appointment, I wasn't all that upset....but still, it shouldn't have...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. I usually get drive through at this Wendy's but the service has been on a consistent decline. Today I decided to dine in with my family for a quick meal and it was like walking into hell. It was undeniably busy but it didn't help that some of the employees seemed lost. We stood there for 5 minutes before we decided to flag down the girl organizing the orders to attempt to get her to take our order. She hardly acknowledged us then proceeded to go back to what she was doing. Another 5 minutes and we managed to flag down the manager and he said he'll be right with us just for him to disappear into the back. Yet another 5 minutes pass and we ask another employee for assistance to which she said she was busy and decided to argue with us instead of offering assistance and told us to either use the kiosk, wait in the 10 car deep drive through, or get out. We obviously decided to leave as it is beyond ridiculous that of the 5+ employees they had working not 1 could take our already planned out order for a less than 3 minute interaction but could argue with us instead. 10/10 customer...
