I wanted to order 2 separate orders so I ordered a large fry (fresh) Spicy Asiago sandwich(fresh)
The second order was supposed to be a small cilli and a medium strawberry lemonade but I was told there was no chilli available so I told the cashier to add on to the first order and get me a small strawberry lemonade.
So the first order was supposed to be a large fry (fresh) Spicy Asiago sandwich(fresh) and a small strawberry lemonade. I received my order and when I left I noticed my sandwich wasn't spicy so I turned back around and went to the door but the lobby was closed.
I got back in my car and went to the drive thru and explained what happened and the lady told me to drive to the window.
I spoke to a Hispanic woman and spoke to another Hispanic female with dark short hair and glasses. The female with short hair and glasses told me she would remake my chicken sandwich but I explained to her could she remake my fries as well.At this point I returned the bag of food. She proceeded to ask me if my fries were not fresh( with a attitude) and I told them I want my money back. *If I have to wait for my spicy chicken sandwich to get remade I want fresh fries.
I was told by both females and a male I couldn't get my money back because the lobby was closed. They told me they can remake my food but not give me my money back because they would get in trouble.
They left me at the drive thru for a few minutes without any communication and proceeded to speak Spanish and closed the window.

The staff was rude and wouldn't give me my money back.
I honked my horn after a few minutes and a male came to the window and stated the lobby was closed and they weren't allowed to give me my money back. I explained that I wanted a refund but was told I can only get my food remade.
I moved my car so I wouldn't block potential customers and I called the non emergency number. A few minutes later the sheriff arrived and I explained what happened and they went to the wendys and spoke to the Hispanic female with short hair and glasses. 2 minutes later she gave me my refund.
If you aren't allowed to give me a refund because the lobby is closed..... why when the sheriff deputies come you give me a refund?

Read moreWas asked to pull forward while I waited for my food immediately after paying the cashier, I ignored the request because while I drove past the windows the restaurant was completely empty which makes sense because its "late in the evening" after ignoring the request the cashier asked me a second time to pull forward. I informed the cashier that I would not until I received my food. Was informed that they had other orders....Like guy I'm the only customer here and nobody is behind me in the drive through I can see in my rear-view mirror AND your dine in section is empty. I was very polite about it, but upon the refusal to pull forward, the chaos erupted inside the Wendys kitchen, because now they actually had to work according to their company policy because they cannot push a button and say on the computer, I received my food! When I didn't, so now the clock actually matters and they cannot make my food at their leizure, employees were yelling at other employees to and Qoute "PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND STOP LOOKING CUTE AND FLIRTING WITH YOUR STREAM!!!! PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG!!!! As other employees chimed in and began yelling and stressing one male employee could be heard yelling "YOU GOT ME ON FOUR STATIONS!" Not only do they clearly seem poorly trained or are being poorly managed, perhaps both, both drinks were the same instead of being the correct flavors as I ordered 1x Coke and 1x Dr Pepper, one of the sandwiches was missing bacon and I paid for a meal combo that costs extra to have "the bacon"!!. I choose not to drive back because why would I??? This location cannot properly do their jobs to make 2x combo meals for literally 1# car in their drive through. Read moreWas just at wends not even two minutes ago I tried to use a Coupon off the app for a free spicy chicken sandwich which says you can redeem two ways in T-Mobile order or on restaurant and when I tried to use it in the mobile app it didn’t work so I asked to use the coupon at the restaurant the young lady said I could use so o ordered my food and when i came up to the drive through and they were looking for a barcode to scan I didn’t have one because the app said I could use it either way so I showed them the coupon and they said the best they can do is buy one get one o only had enough for a 4 for 4 which I was trying to order using the app to get tjree free chicken because I don’t have the money to buy one , makes me really sad rheumatoid they wouldn’t even honor the coupon o would understand if the coupon was expired or something but it want it was a valid coupon for Wendy’s from their app I’m really disappointed because I got rheee frequently for lunch and I know the employees just makes me really disappointed I’ll probably never eat there again thanks...
