Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Terrible. The kids working in there didn’t know a Jimmy John’s franchise from a soup kitchen. They never asked what kind of bread I wanted. Charged $1.00 for cheese I was not told was an extra and I said I did not want. The boy at the register asked if I wanted the sauce that came on that particular Club sandwich, I said yes. Nope, I didn’t get it. He asked what I wanted from a list of free ‘extras’ and I chose pickles & mustard, he asked yellow or spicy, etc. Nada. Not a trace of them appeared on the sandwich. What was on the white bread was too much mayonnaise, a very few shreds of lettuce and a glob of slapped on sandwich meat. No tomatoes as listed on menu. No pickles no mustard. I see that sauce and mustard are listed on the ticket as well as the $1.00 For cheese. He blows off the $1.00, and hands me two packets of mustard!! I realize this is just one person’s experience, but DO NOT PUT UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES IN A FRANCHISE!!! I expected a Jimmy John’s sub and got meat on plain white...

Twice in the last week I have tried to have JJ delivered and twice they have called me saying they have no drivers. The first time I cancelled my order but this time I had to go on and pick it up because I was ordering for my autistic cousin. When I got there I had to wait in line for 10 minutes as the order wasn't ready on the pick up shelf and they only had one cashier despite another guy pacing around the back area while attempting to half juggle something in his hand. They told me the lack of drivers is because of a shift to doordash instead of their self delivery, but if that's the case they either need to still staff drivers, turn on their doordash storefront again, or turn off delivery entirely. We just visited this location with a pick up order from the app. Upon returning home and eating half way through the sandwich we noticed the bread covered in mold. When I called the store to see if they would refund us and make a new one they would either remake it or refund but not both for a $13.00 sandwich. It takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes home and they could not refund me $13.00 for my time, and remake me the same sandwich without mold.
