This place has a reputation and to be honest i was not going to stop by....BUT....IM VERY GLAD I DID! ...OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET MR. JAMES COLLINS AND HIS BETTER HALF...THEY ARE HARD WORKING AND ARE NON JUDGEMENTAL TO ANYONES SITUATION....THEY TOOK ON THE TASK OF TURNING THIS BUILDING AROUND ..AND IN MY OPINION WITH their integrity And STRENGTH...

I hope to turn this place upside down and am only asking for the time and patience it's going to take. Respect and tidiness is key for future beginnings to take place. Thank you for helping keep peace and cleaning up after ones own self and doesn't hurt to help out to make this old jam...

James took my $50.00 back ground check money, never ran the check, the room we decided I'd rent, HE DECIDED ,I wouldn't rent. The place is a dump, he's a thief, and shame on him for ripping off a disabled Senior in need of emergency housing. He kept my money, said no rooms...
