We eat at Arby's a few times a month, but this time was just a little different in a good way, my wife had placed our order online, but when I was pulling into the parking lot, I felt a diabetic crash and burn issue coming on fast. I told my wife that I couldn't wait, I was getting worse by the second. I get out of the truck and get to the register as fast as I could, I told the guy working the register that I needed a cup to get a soft drink that my wife had placed an order online. He instantly gave me a cup and by this time I'm shaking so bad that I couldn't hardly get a drink. I promised him that I would definitely pay for the cup as soon as our order came in. He never once questioned me about it. I guess he could tell I wasn't lying because of the way I was shaking so bad. Our order finally got to the restaurant, I ask the customer service guy if I owed him anything for the cup. He said don't worry about it. That my wife had already paid for it. I wish other restaurants would be more like this guy. And have some compassion on people with diabetes. I was at a burger King restaurant once and I was so bad that I crawled into the restaurant and ask for a cup to get a drink, and the woman said that I had to pay for it before she would give me a cup. A woman who was standing behind me, told the cashier you got to be kidding me, she said look at the man, he can't even get up off the floor, and you want him to pay for it first. The lady behind me paid for the cup. After I recovered from my diabetic nose dive, I insisted that I pay her for her help. She refused. Read moreOmg. We actually love the food here BUT out of 8 visits ,our order was correct ONCE. Wt..... it's a shame because we are close, we get coupons ,and love the food so...... Thanks to fast food service that to say the least is disappointing even MADDENING. Now we have to go elsewhere where we may even not care for the food. As much. Shame. That's what it is. I give it aby stars at all because we live the food and ONE tine,when our order was completely wrong. *( obviously someone else's order ) the gentleman was FANTASTIC, ! I kept original bag of food intending on sending it w hubby for lunch. Maybe 2 lunches. & THEN he took my recipient and made my order EXACTLY as it should be with. HOT OFF THE,GRILL ff and rings. A female worker finally came up and took my order. She brought it out and I went home. I was stupid and didn’t look at it until I was inside and of course it was wrong. I drove all the way back up there and same thing at the speaker so I pulled back up to the window and the same guy that was standing on the phone earlier walked by the window looking directly at me 4 times and didn’t come to the window, even after beeping my horn.
