We used to come here all the time for date night. We are those kinds of people who get the same thing at every restaurant lol. Weirdos lol. In the last few months pre covid the food quality really has gone down. I always get 1 of 2 things. Quesadilla salad or steak with avocado. Well I got the salad and they were out of almost everything. My salad was literally lettuce, little bit if cheese, cheese quesadillas, that seemed old and vinaigrette. No sales or any other toppings. I was nasty. I told my waitress it was missing stuff and she then informed me they were out of the toppings and just walked off. My fiance always get the chicken crispers and waffles. His chicken was good but his waffles were almost burnt and very hard. We again notified the waitress and she was again not very caring or professional, no apologies or anything that you would expect from a waitress when there is an issue, she just said they were training and the new guy must have made the food. Didnt offer to have it remade, didnt offer anything to me as a replacement. My fiance asked to see a manager. (He works in the food business so he knows how a situation like should be handled and he want to let him be aware of the issues that are going on.) We waited patiently for about 45 minutes no manager. They were not busy. There were literally 4 other tables in the entire place. When the she came back around and asked us of we wanted boxes for our non eaten food. I did respond a little rude when I shouldnt have and told her "no, why would we take home food that isn't edible, mine is just lettuce and vinegar and his is burnt and hard as a rock. We are still waiting on the manager, is there not one here?" She didnt say a word, came back with our check amd said he was busy and we can just call and speak with him. I called 3x left messages, never had a call back. Recently my work got to go orders. They got all of the food correct, nothing missing. My coworkers tacos had no spices on them. Only 1 out of 3 tacos had all the toppings. The other 2 was literally just shrimp in a tortilla. My providers salad was only had 6 peices of chicken and hardly any toppings. Coworkers chicken tenders were undercooked... she called about the tenders, sat on hold for over 15 minutes for a manager. Called again left a message, no call back. Went down there the next day, she was also told the manager was busy and that she could call. She never recieved her money back for her meal she couldnt eat and she never got the call back. Idk what in the world is going on over there but they need to get their act together. This is our favorite place to eat but not lately. It's just a waste of money on very poor quality food. I hate leaving bad reviews and I hate to complain when i go out but somethings you have to...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying my 5 star review today is solely for Shonna, one of the managers, because she's amazing at her job. The service we received from our server was a 1 or 2 star.
My family and I went here for lunch and the server we had was mediocre at best. My family frequents this restaurant quite often and this was the worst service we'd had in a very, very long time. The server we had, the receipt says her name is Jessica, was not great from the start. First of all, when she brings our drinks she puts them on the corner of the table then walks away. My parents both had tea, one sweet and one unsweet. My mom is diabetic so she cannot have sugar. The server never specified which is sweet and which is unsweet. So, we assumed it was the one closest to her, unfortunately we were wrong. She took a drink only to find out it was sweet so now she will have a spike in her blood sugar because of a careless server. You never know when someone is diabetic so more caution needs to be taken when it comes to drinks. Secondly, it took her forever to take any appetizer dishes away. We had to stack our own dishes to the side of the table so we had room when our food came. Our servers personality was just meh. Maybe she was having a bad day and it was hard to put on a happy face but at least try a little. The last thing that that was off putting was the tickets. We told her how they wanted to be split, she brings the recipt to us and it wasn't split correctly. No big deal. When I see her, I call her over and explain it was wrong so she goes to fix it. Before she left the table I clearly told her which meals needed to be on which ticket. She comes back and they're still wrong. So, we're sitting there waiting still because she walked away again. I saw Heather, who by the way is an amazing server, and asked her to come over to see if she could help us or if we could talk to a manager. Heather got everything fixed. Heather is by far one of my favorite servers here. She is phenomenal and I always love talking to her. So Heather grabs the manager and sends her over. I explain what happened during our visit to Shonna. She listened to our concerns and the issues we had. She thanked us and said she appreciated us bringing this to her attention. Shonna was so nice and personable. I really enjoyed talking with her. Shonna and Heather made this visit better than it started. Shonna and Heather are the reasons we will be returning to this restaurant because the service from our server we received today wouldn't be worth...

On Wednesday March 27th, 2019 (2 days ago) my girlfriend & I chose to go inside and eat at this Chili’s location. Our appetizer was decent (Skillet Queso) and our meals were excellent (we both ordered the Triple Dipper.) The food and the customer service was 4 to 5 star good, but the experience was 0 stars and the reason for this 1 star review. HERE’S WHY!
When we entered the restaurant we chose to sit on the dining room side in a booth, so the lady sat us in the booth directly in front of the kitchen doors. As we were eating mid-meal, we heard a woman in the back scream while a man yelled out loud clear as day, “I got it, I killed it.” My girlfriend & I instantly made eye contact with one another while more hollering & laughing occurred in the kitchen. Before we could say anything to each other, we heard that same man say something along the lines of, “It almost got away, but l got it.” A different person spoke to the man (we didn’t hear what this person said) then we heard the man say (once again clear as day), “Lets add this one to the rest of his family.” My back was to the kitchen doors, while my girlfriend was facing them. She watched the two waitresses standing by the ticket printer/register in front of the kitchen doorway look at each other in shock then quickly rush to the back while loudly saying, “Oh my God, be quiet!” As they walked back out to the dining room they were silently looking at one another with facial expressions saying I cannot believe he said that so loud, then they scanned the restaurant to see if anyone eating had heard the commotion. Several employees then followed them out of the kitchen.
I’m assuming by the loud noises coming from the women & men in the back they came across a mouse/rat or rodent. By the initial reactions of the woman & man in the back, it was most definitely something that should not have been in their kitchen. My girlfriend asked me, “Did you just hear what that man said?” I nodded my head yes, then we decided not to order dessert I wanted and we got our bill to go. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this Chili’s until they pass their next Health Department Inspection. Seriously people, do not eat at this Chili’s until you see their next score whenever that may be. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews, but this...
