Although I live five minutes from this particular Chilis, I will drive to the one on Kingston Pike from now on. The quesadillas were absolutely horrible. They taste nothing like the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas at the other store. They were very dry. They are always dry with very little cheese or anything other than just chicken and the chicken is overly spiced. They rarely ever get a to go order right. I called and was on hold for over 17 minutes just so I could ask for some extra pico. No one ever answered. My husband got there to pick up the order. He asked. They said it was in the bag but it wasn’t. What was in the bag was the beans that I paid $3.50. I tipped 20% when I paid online. What is the point of tipping for this crappy of service? I called the West Knoxville store just to see if they would answer. I thought maybe it was a company policy to not answer phone calls. They answered in about 30 seconds. I understand that the Clinton Highway store was a little, busy. But there’s no way on God’s green earth that the Kingston Pike store wasn’t also busy. I used to love Chilis and we ate there a lot. This is not a one time thing. I don’t know why I keep falling for it. I kind of assume things will have to get better because I don’t see how they stay in business with this low quality of food compared to other Chilis restaurants. I’ll drive the 20 minutes to go to Kingston Pike from now on. Also, what if my elderly parents wanted to order food to go. They would not be able to since this store cannot manage to answer the phone. There was literally nothing redeeming about my experience. if you are from out of town and getting off the interstate and thinking of stopping here, don’t. Find somewhere else to go. Look up Cheddars down the road and go there. Go to McAllisters. Heck, go to Taco Bell. It will be better.

Chili’s truly delivers when it comes to bold, flavorful comfort food that hits the spot every time. During my recent visit, I was blown away by how consistently delicious everything was, starting with the Nashville Hot Chicken-Style Mozzarella Sticks. These aren’t your typical mozzarella sticks—Chili’s puts a fiery spin on them with a Nashville hot-style breading that’s crispy, spicy, and perfectly balanced with gooey, melted cheese inside. Dipped in cool ranch, they were hands-down the standout of the menu and something I’d go back for again and again. They showcase the creativity Chili’s brings to its appetizers, elevating a classic with a Southern kick. For the main course, I went with Alex’s Santa Fe Burger, and it was packed with flavor in every bite. The juicy beef patty was topped with creamy guacamole, spicy jalapeños, fresh lettuce, pepper jack cheese, and Santa Fe sauce, all coming together in a perfectly layered flavor profile. The seasoned fries on the side were golden, crispy, and well-spiced—simple but done right. I also ordered a Frozen Sangria ‘Rita, which was fruity, refreshing, and tangy with a nice margarita twist, though I do wish the portion had been a little larger. Overall, the entire meal was a 5/5 experience—delicious, satisfying, and well worth the visit. P.S. I would definitely recommend asking for the server, Devon. He provided amazing customer service, was incredibly attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. His positive energy and attention to detail elevated our dining experience. I’ll be requesting him almost every time I come back—truly outstanding service!

I went there 4/8/22 I ordered to orders of wings, and got chips and salsa..got home the wings had no sauce, I NEVER said no sauce then they weren’t cooked all the way I’ve been nauseas for 24hours still THEN on top of it my son started to eat the chips and they were stale !! The entire meal was destroyed!! Manager Shana was very nice said she’ll be there next couple days and will redo it.. BUT I’m not wanting any wings or their food right now I’m stomachally turned off I wish they would just give me my $5 gift card back and my money.. I’m not feeling chili food for quite some time after this experience.. the funny part was I was in the mood for wings and was going to try Wing Stop but when I read the reviews I went to Chili’s lol! I shouldn’t have …I wish I took pic of insides of chicken ugh pink

We used to come here all the time for date night. We are those kinds of people who get the same thing at every restaurant lol. Weirdos lol. In the last few months pre covid the food quality really has gone down. I always get 1 of 2 things. Quesadilla salad or steak with avocado. Well I got the salad and they were out of almost everything. My salad was literally lettuce, little bit if cheese, cheese quesadillas, that seemed old and vinaigrette. No sales or any other toppings. I was nasty. I told my waitress it was missing stuff and she then informed me they were out of the toppings and just walked off. My fiance always get the chicken crispers and waffles. His chicken was good but his waffles were almost burnt and very hard. We again notified the waitress and she was again not very caring or professional, no apologies or anything that you would expect from a waitress when there is an issue, she just said they were training and the new guy must have made the food. Didnt offer to have it remade, didnt offer anything to me as a replacement. My fiance asked to see a manager. (He works in the food business so he knows how a situation like should be handled and he want to let him be aware of the issues that are going on.) We waited patiently for about 45 minutes no manager. They were not busy. There were literally 4 other tables in the entire place. When the she came back around and asked us of we wanted boxes for our non eaten food. I did respond a little rude when I shouldnt have and told her "no, why would we take home food that isn't edible, mine is just lettuce and vinegar and his is burnt and hard as a rock. We are still waiting on the manager, is there not one here?" She didnt say a word, came back with our check amd said he was busy and we can just call and speak with him. I called 3x left messages, never had a call back. Recently my work got to go orders. They got all of the food correct, nothing missing. My coworkers tacos had no spices on them. Only 1 out of 3 tacos had all the toppings. The other 2 was literally just shrimp in a tortilla. My providers salad was only had 6 peices of chicken and hardly any toppings. Coworkers chicken tenders were undercooked... she called about the tenders, sat on hold for over 15 minutes for a manager. Called again left a message, no call back. Went down there the next day, she was also told the manager was busy and that she could call. She never recieved her money back for her meal she couldnt eat and she never got the call back. Idk what in the world is going on over there but they need to get their act together. This is our favorite place to eat but not lately. It's just a waste of money on very poor quality food. I hate leaving bad reviews and I hate to complain when i go out but somethings you have to...

I want to preface this by saying my 5 star review today is solely for Shonna, one of the managers, because she's amazing at her job. The service we received from our server was a 1 or 2 star.

My family and I went here for lunch and the server we had was mediocre at best. My family frequents this restaurant quite often and this was the worst service we'd had in a very, very long time. The server we had, the receipt says her name is Jessica, was not great from the start. First of all, when she brings our drinks she puts them on the corner of the table then walks away. My parents both had tea, one sweet and one unsweet. My mom is diabetic so she cannot have sugar. The server never specified which is sweet and which is unsweet. So, we assumed it was the one closest to her, unfortunately we were wrong. She took a drink only to find out it was sweet so now she will have a spike in her blood sugar because of a careless server. You never know when someone is diabetic so more caution needs to be taken when it comes to drinks. Secondly, it took her forever to take any appetizer dishes away. We had to stack our own dishes to the side of the table so we had room when our food came. Our servers personality was just meh. Maybe she was having a bad day and it was hard to put on a happy face but at least try a little. The last thing that that was off putting was the tickets. We told her how they wanted to be split, she brings the recipt to us and it wasn't split correctly. No big deal. When I see her, I call her over and explain it was wrong so she goes to fix it. Before she left the table I clearly told her which meals needed to be on which ticket. She comes back and they're still wrong. So, we're sitting there waiting still because she walked away again. I saw Heather, who by the way is an amazing server, and asked her to come over to see if she could help us or if we could talk to a manager. Heather got everything fixed. Heather is by far one of my favorite servers here. She is phenomenal and I always love talking to her. So Heather grabs the manager and sends her over. I explain what happened during our visit to Shonna. She listened to our concerns and the issues we had. She thanked us and said she appreciated us bringing this to her attention. Shonna was so nice and personable. I really enjoyed talking with her. Shonna and Heather made this visit better than it started. Shonna and Heather are the reasons we will be returning to this restaurant because the service from our server we received today wouldn't be worth...

PLEASE READ! PLEASE READ! PLEASE READ!

On Wednesday March 27th, 2019 (2 days ago) my girlfriend & I chose to go inside and eat at this Chili’s location. Our appetizer was decent (Skillet Queso) and our meals were excellent (we both ordered the Triple Dipper.) The food and the customer service was 4 to 5 star good, but the experience was 0 stars and the reason for this 1 star review. HERE’S WHY!

When we entered the restaurant we chose to sit on the dining room side in a booth, so the lady sat us in the booth directly in front of the kitchen doors. As we were eating mid-meal, we heard a woman in the back scream while a man yelled out loud clear as day, “I got it, I killed it.” My girlfriend & I instantly made eye contact with one another while more hollering & laughing occurred in the kitchen. Before we could say anything to each other, we heard that same man say something along the lines of, “It almost got away, but l got it.” A different person spoke to the man (we didn’t hear what this person said) then we heard the man say (once again clear as day), “Lets add this one to the rest of his family.” My back was to the kitchen doors, while my girlfriend was facing them. She watched the two waitresses standing by the ticket printer/register in front of the kitchen doorway look at each other in shock then quickly rush to the back while loudly saying, “Oh my God, be quiet!” As they walked back out to the dining room they were silently looking at one another with facial expressions saying I cannot believe he said that so loud, then they scanned the restaurant to see if anyone eating had heard the commotion. Several employees then followed them out of the kitchen.

I’m assuming by the loud noises coming from the women & men in the back they came across a mouse/rat or rodent. By the initial reactions of the woman & man in the back, it was most definitely something that should not have been in their kitchen. My girlfriend asked me, “Did you just hear what that man said?” I nodded my head yes, then we decided not to order dessert I wanted and we got our bill to go. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this Chili’s until they pass their next Health Department Inspection. Seriously people, do not eat at this Chili’s until you see their next score whenever that may be. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews, but this...
